Thank you for delivering the cakes I ordered available right on time for Christmas. Everyone loved it and praised for its wonderfulness. It was a gamble but can't thank you enough for your thoughtfulness considering how short the shelf span was for those cakes. I am definitely ordering again in future.

Fast delivery - good packaging.

I have used Yau bros twice now. The first time, I have no problem checking out but the second time, after selecting items, upon check out, it just took me to a page detailing delivery cost with no other buttons to proceed further.
I contacted Yau bros, the response surprised me, they replied so quick, sent a link with invoice, I paid up and everything went so smooth. The 5 * rating was really for the customer service response which is very rare during festive season and the pandemic. Really pleased with my frozen items, it was so well packaged, I could have left it in the dessert and it probably would be okay. Really really impressed with their service, packaging team. I recommend using them if you have not tried before. I will definitely use them again. 100%

Ordered and paid for on Monday.

It is now Thursday and no update on ETA.

Order just says processing.

Email explaining the delay would be nice but nothing.

All the reviews saying fast delivery.......skeptical especially when updates are not even given to your order.

Edit......Order just arrived on Friday. Changed from 1 star to 3 star. Need better communication if the order will take longer than 3 days to process. I know that the order contained bakery.....if you state what days your delivery of bakery is then people will know the cut off date and order the day or couple of days before you put the order in.

Ordered £50 of items, wasn't sure if I could trust the website at first but nothing seemed too outlandish so I figured I'd go ahead and give them a shot.

Everything arrived within 2 working days (ordered on Friday, arrived on Tuesday morning), received emails and texts to alert me of my package which was nice, all the frozen items were delivered in refrigerated packaging which was really nice.

Overall I'm completely satisfied with my order, I had a free delivery voucher that was sent to me on my email a while back and used that, the value for money can be argued from product to product, but you can make up your own mind on that front after seeing what they sell, but this review is purely to say that they delivered on what I brought.

Just the place to look for high quality ingredients at very reasonable prices. Good products excellent service and quick delivery what more can you ask.

Various brand-name of products can be chosen. Quick response on my enquiry through email. Short handling time and delivery time. I received my ordering within 48 hours.

Items are packed nicely to avoid damage in transit. Fast and responsible delivery. I have been placing a bulk order every 1-2 months. Wish they could have more variety on Asian snacks such as crisps from Hong Kong/Thailand and sweets from Japan.
