AVOID!! Screen protector doesn't work and cracked straight away. No reply via email, phone or messages. Do not give these scammers your money!!

I placed an order on the basis 48 hr traced Royal Mail - 7 days later still no order and the tracking number not recognised by Royal Mail. Answer phone for your gadget that sounds fake, email response useless, Facebook msg ignored.

Con artists leave well alone.

Purchased an iPad 2022 case. Was not delivered within the 24-48 hours by Royal Mail as advertised. When emailed, they were going to raise with RM. eventually received item 9 days after ordering but item does not look like the advertised one (the functions I required, the holder did not do). When I emailed again with images and a picture of the "style", was told to send images of the holder again and an image of my iPad for "compatibility" ?!? Why this had anything to do with the advertised functions of the holder, I do not know. Have emailed twice now but still no reply.😡 avoid at all costs

Made an order from the shop app 10 days ago. No tracking information has been provided.

Attempted to contact the company to gain clarity as to what was happening and have heard nothing back.

Can not recommend them and am feeling scammed. Will be contacting shop application to notify about grievance.

A lesson learned, read the reviews before ordering.
I ordered a watch strap a week ago, received confirmation that it had been dispatched the next day with Royal Mail 48hr and tracking number provided. The tracking number isn’t accepted on the Royal Mail website and after a week there’s no sign of the watch strap. Emailed them but no reply. This is not the experience I had hoped for but after reading the reviews, seems this is normal for this company. I don’t trust them and will not be buying anything from them again.

Ordered a phone case that arrived and was too big, so I emailed to explain. They told me I ordered the wrong one and I need to ship it back for a refund. The webpage states it's compatible with my model phone, so I replied to them with a screenshot. They replied by telling me I should have selected it the drop-down menu. I wasn't even aware there was a drop-down menu for the item? Upon inspection, I can see there is and my model phone is automatically selected. In my point of view, they've sent me the wrong item. Returning would mean I wouldn't get my money back due to costs. The emails I received were very cold, they clearly were not interested in helping me. I would not recommend.

Very efficient, had a query and they responded very quickly and efficiently will buy from them again when I next need to purchase

I ordered a case for my S21 but screwed up the order, I was meant to order the case+screenprotector version. I contacted via email before it had been processed and shipped for a refund so I could repurchase but the more expensive version that gives the screen protector. 1 week later still no response even checking spam/junk mail. As if the joke that is their customer service wasn't bad enough, I ordered this on Christmas eve and it came on January 18th, by then I'd already ordered another case which came on December 27th from Amazon! And the one I ordered from Amazon was much better quality than the one from this place, absolute joke!

Edit: After my complaint I recieved an email with an apology and full refund for the product which is much appreciated, thank you, the products are genuinely useful and good quality on their site despite my negative response and for a reasonable price at that, I have in fact ordered most of my charging wires and phone cases previously since 2019 and had no issues then, this was a first, im sure you'll be able to find some great accessories for your electronic devices on there!

I bought a Fitbit Versa 2 strap in colour 'sand'. It was nothing like the picture, the colour is more purple than sand and the strap itself is not the most comfortable, but after speaking to the seller, my issue was resolved. Thank you

I recently ordered a Shockproof case for my Samsung galaxy A10s, I received confirmation and an order number ( #19207 ) on the 15th and it was supposedly being posted via Royal mail 24hr but I still haven't received this item !! I have emailed a rang twice but no response !!

Hope all the companies were like your yourgadget. Customer service is great. The way they have treated the customer is very satisfying. They never deliver and deliver items to you quickly. If there is a problem they always want to fix it, let others follow suit

Have not received confirmation email, and havn't received item. This is a SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM YOUR GADGET.

item arrived damaged with a crack all accross screen protetor emailed them but no reply have to buy another one now.

Ordered a screen protector and case from this joke website, they gave 24hr delivery. 24 hours later still not received either item.
looked for the tracking number and Im prompted to download a dodgy website just to track my order.
Emailed them for any answers still no response.
This Website is a huge Scam

Ordered a screen protector for my Google Pixel phone. When my parcel arrived I noticed that the screen protector delivered was not only incorrect but the name of the original phone it was intended for has been crudely scribbled out with black felt tip pen! When contacting the company about the mistake via email I made sure to include photos that clearly demonstrated their mistake (the screen protector inside was for a completely different phone with a camera notch cut out at the top centre). 'Your Gadget' responded to my email and the first line of their response was in capital letters stating: "CORRECT ITEM RECEIVED". I would defitnely not recommend this site and count myself lucky that my order was for something fairly inexpensive.

Package apparently despatched (using 24 hours delivery) 4 days ago but still not here. No tracking details provided. Have emailed seller but no response or any email acknowledgement. Frustrating to be in the dark.

Once I posted a Trustpilot review, seller was quick to get in contact. They gave me a full refund which is appreciated.

Bought two tempered glass protectors to protect my broken Samsung A50 screen from moisture and dust until I can get it fixed - thought I'd cleaned the screen well enough (the cleaning wipes included were a plus) but the first protector didn't stick, although that might have been due to uneven bits of glass sticking to the adhesive...? I found that reasonable given the circumstances, but the second screen protector that I ended up using already has a small crack in it less than a week after receiving the order.

Overall, overpriced for the quality. Paid around £10 for two screen protectors when I feel like they're worth half that, so after I get my screen fixed I'll be purchasing a screen protector from elsewhere. Also delivery took a while.

Edit: After writing this review I have now received a full and swift refund from Your Gadget, thank you!

Very good delivery fast and effective can't fault them on that however issuing refunds should be easier than it currently is but overall I'm satisfied.
