Support for AIO cooler
I had an issue with my AIO making gurgling and whine noises so I contacted support regarding my issue.
They quite quickly told me this was an issue that required me to RMA it. For the RMA process I had to provide some evidence but after that was shown, a replacement was quickly sent which worked perfectly.
Like others mentioned they do ship with FedEx which has personally also given me issues before but in this case it didn't affect me negatively.
Overall, the support team is decently fast with responding and clear with their answers.
Note: Do expect 2-3 days between emails. So the entire support ticket may take some time to resolve.
No Shipping Response
This company was fine back when I ordered directly from their website in 2023. But now the stories are true since it surfaced from last year. Requested a replacement RGB strip for my distro plate and paid through Paypal. Never heard back from them since them since December. I guess I won't be buying directly from them now. Maybe I will buy with other third party sellers with a few here in the US but directly from them in their website? Most likely never again more and more as time goes by. I still like their products but I am going to do my best to stir clear from them and go else to buy from other water cooling companies that are more reputable. Not worth it now.

garbage "support" team
AIO was fine for about 11 months then out of nowhere failed (presumably to a hose or radiator blockage due to 1 hose being hot while the other not, gurgling fluid like noises coming from the pump, etc.) all documented. Re-pasted the AIO THREE TIMES 1 night and tested with back to back tests showing identical results of 90 Deg Cel CPU temps in medial tasks so I then put the old Noctua NH-D14 on and instantly in 1 attempt I had normal temperatures again. Contacted support and if I were to say they were no help, it would be a compliment. Continually DEMANDED I mount the faulty hardware to make a video of it or they would deny any and all warranty claim which is both absurd, against their obligations and infringes on my consumer guarentees as a citizen and resident of Australia. No matter how many screenshots of results from the incident I sent they ignored it all. Would give 0 stars if possible. Complete garbage team of "support staff"
Skammers
I made a large order in January 2025, which was never shipped. I’ve contacted support several times to request a refund, but haven’t received any reply.
UPDATE : No shipment with in stock article.
In the end I bought used part of their brand.
They have very reactive support ... I can't confirm if it is efficient yet.
So i am very mixed about this company.
Probably just their main website is not reactive or their staff to ship orders are not reactive.
In the end i don't know if I have to think positively or negatively about this brand.

Ok I can't understand anything to this customer support and this website page.
I asked them if items were not shipped to give me refunds 48h ago.
24 hours ago they told me my package was shipped.
Now they say they cancel my order and will refund me within 3 days.
Definitely the worst experience ever. 10 days to ship when they say it is shipped it is not really shipped and then they cancel after saying it is finally shipped.
Nonsense value : 10000%.
I don't recommend anyone to order on their website.

Ein Artikel der nicht mehr Hergestellt wird, aber einen Folgeartikel hatte,wurde komplett gestrichen. Kann nun die hauptkomponente meiner wasserkühlung in den Müll werfen. Traurig seit LM Tek ekwb übernommen hat,ist der Kundenservice sowas von unterirdisch schlechter geht es nicht.

EKWB failed to ship multiple orders and left it in the hands of LMTEK to fix. With it being a foreign company there is nothing anybody can do so anybody in the same boat is left hostage. LMTEK refuses to help EKWB with their orders so I give one star to LM Tek as well. Any order related to EKWB is ignored by LM TEK. Customers of EKWB are treated very poorly and are being robbed. The website still takes orders and they have the products in stock but they still refuse to ship orders
EKWB (EK Water blocks) LM Tek - Buyer Beware
Now I know these pumps are not made by EKWB (EK Water Blocks) themselves but they have a responsibility to
address any issues that may develop over time (at least within 2 years under EU law) should there be a manufacturing
problem - and let me tell you right off the bat that if you have a problem, they will flat out deny that there's
anything wrong and it's all within "their" standards and will refuse to do anything about it. Don't be fooled
by their reassuring fluffy customer support mission statement that is intended to give you false sense of security.
I've had this unit for just about 1.5 years and during that time I've heard all sorts of noises coming
out of it, one being an insanely loud grinding noise, to just plain loud at anything over 3000RPM - if it sat or
was connected to the PC case - now in my ignorance of anything actually being wrong I was able to mitigate
these problems by resting the unit on soft packaging foam and limiting it's Max speed to just under 2800RPM
Problem solved! Or so I thought, 1.5 years in and the thing wouldn't start causing my graphics card to
over heat and force me to do a hard shut down. This is when I realised the pump wasn't working and wouldn't
start.
Got in touch with EKWB customer support to RMA the thing, as it's still under warranty under EU law (2 years)
And they said that all I needed to do was open up the pump and clean it. Which I did, and I found tons of this black
plastic residue coating the internal structure of the impeller and bearing seat where it's rubbing, and sure enough
it worked again, all good so far - but then I noticed that the impeller part of the unit wasn't really looking very
good eg. what I have shown in the photos as internal plastic chipping. wearing of the seat where the bearing makes
contact, horrible moulding, external edge chipping, a dent in the outer shell and rust!
I couldn't believe my eyes and thought there's got to be something wrong here, and there is - it's called balancing,
these impellers have to be carefully balanced to take out any wobble it might have at high speed and if it's even slightly
out your going to get vibrations which lead to wear and noise, ultimately after further use the thing will destroy itself!
Easy fix you might say, just swap out the impeller for a new one? Nope! EKWB (EK Water Blocks) say "Impellers are not available as separate spare parts, and we do not replace them individually." and "There is no functional fault that would qualify this pump for an RMA. This concludes our position on the matter" LOL - It's like the dumbest response to a simple fix I've ever got from anyone - all they had to do was contact their suppliers - Xylem - in this case and send out a replacement part - no need for RMA.
Anyway, if you've read this far, my word of caution is, if you have any symptoms like loud crunching noises or unbearable
vibration above 2800 RPM you may well have a dodgy impeller, open the unit and visually inspect the impeller, if it doesn't look right send the unit back immediately! - personally I wouldn't buy from EKWB (EK Water Blocks) as they are just completely useless as a company, have no quality control standards at all, and they will leave you high and dry on your own.

J'ai acheté un ek nucleus 360 le 5/25/2024 ,tout allait bien.
Aujourd'hui j'ai un problème de pompe qui fait du bruit et le sav me demande des vidéos du bios (des fois que l'oc que je ne fais pas serait la cause de la panne), du radiateur (au cas ou la poussière du radiateur serait la cause du bruit de la pompe) , d'un jeu en cours d'exécution et d'une vidéo de mon installation de l'aio , bref un long métrage quoi.
Je leur ai envoyé une vidéo du bruit de ma pompe boitier fermé et des screens de mes températures qui ont augmentées, je monte a 95 degrés ,démarrage a froid ,lancement de steam et cs2, je n'allais pas risquer de cramer mon 9950x, quand j'ai vu les avis sur leur sav, j'ai anticiper et remis mon ancien aio.
Malgré mes preuves fournies ils me réclament des vidéos inutiles et me font tourner en bourrique .
Il est hors de question que je remette cet aio juste pour faire des vidéos .
A se stade ce n'est toujours pas résolu , sa va faire 15 jours que sa dure .
Edit : nous sommes le 10/07/2025 et ils ont clôturé mon dossier , soit disant que je ne coopère pas assez ...

Obwohl viele nicht schöne Dinge über EK Water Blocks erzählt und geschrieben werden habe ich dennoch drei größere und eine kleinere Bestellung von Artikeln die auf Lager vorrätig waren bestellt und alle vier Pakete sind ohne Probleme angekommen. Ich finde es gut das EK sich wieder Mühe gibt und seine verlorenen Anteile versucht wieder gut zu machen. Die Qualität der Produkte haben mich schon immer überzeugt, ja sie haben natürlich auch ihren Preis.

Llevo esperando una RL AIO, desde 23-2-2025, a día de hoy 23-05-2025 no he recibido noticias, comunique con ellos hace un mes y me dijeron que en 2 semanas, ya he solicitado la cancelación. Os iré contando.
Actualización 01/06/2025: Aun sigo esperando la devolución de la compra que realice hace 3 meses o alguna respuesta por parte de EKWB, tramitare la devolución con mi banco.
Cuando consulte antes de la compra respondieron casi al momento, ahora que tienen mi dinero, ni responden...
Actualización 24/06/2025: Realice la devolución desde paypal, no se dignaron ni a contestarme, no recomiendo esta tienda.

I placed an order with EKWB and paid in full via PayPal. It’s been 11 days, and not only has my order not been shipped, but the company has completely ignored all my emails and follow-ups.
For a brand that claims to be premium in PC cooling, this level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. There is no communication, no tracking, no update—just silence after taking my money.
Buyers beware: if something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect any support. I expected professionalism from EKWB, but sadly, this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had

Das Verhalten dieses Unternehmens ist absolut inakzeptabel.
Bin seit vielen Jahren dort Kunde und hatte in der Vergangenheit nur gute Erfahrungen gesammelt, aber die aktuelle Erfahrung stellt alles in den Schatten.
Am 15.03.2025 bestellt und direkt per PayPal bezahlt. Bis heute, also 7,5 Wochen später keinerlei Lieferung erfolgt und keinerlei Antwort auf Anfragen via LinkedIn oder deren Ticketsystem.
Zieht eure eigenen Schlüsse aus dieser Information, aber ich empfehle euch die Finger davon zu lassen.
Leider kann man keine Bewertung ohne Sterne abgeben.
