Best customer support.
My AIO was faulty after a few years, first we tried to fix it remotely but when it was clear it wasn't fixable they instantly sent a new one without any hassle. Unfortunately this one was DOA but EK sent a new AIO within a few days and this one does te job. Best support I ever recieved from a company. Fast and friendly responses aswell.

If you are going to buy it
If you are going to buy it, do not order it. It says the product is in stock, but unfortunately it takes 1 week to 2 weeks due to shortage. I canceled too. And my order from somewhere else arrived in 2 days. The cooler I use cools as ordered. But I wish they wrote the truth on the site so that there would be no waste of time.

One of the parts in my order was out of stock so the order was delayed. Great communication from support team. They let me know the issue and when I asked for a refund for the out-of-stock part, I received the refund very quickly. Great communication is what I loved the most from them.

EK 240mm AIO D-RGB faulty pump RMA
I needed an RMA for my EKWB AIO 240 D-RGB which is end of life, and support was more than willing to assist. I put in a ticket Saturday night, and received a response first thing Monday morning.
The agent was very nice, provided clear instructions for what they needed from me, and gave me a very quick turnaround for shipping a replacement after they determined that my unit was faulty.
This would have totally been 5 stars except for one detail:
My faulty unit was the RGB model, and the unit that is being sent to me is the Dark model, though it is the newer Nucleus line instead since mine is EOL.
When i asked the agent if it was possible to get the RGB version instead to be a match for the AIO I have in my build, they mentioned that the replacement unit had already been shipped. I'm happy that they are sending me a newer model so quickly, but part of me is a little unsatisfied that I am not getting the RGB model like I originally had.

I've always liked EKWB
I've always liked EKWB, ever since one of their competitors in the US went out of business and I migrated my custom water cooling projects to their brand. Most recently their customer service team went WAY above and beyond to help me swap parts on one of their products to basically make it into another one of the other versions of the same product. It wasn't free of course, but it was significantly cheaper than buying the whole other version of the product by itself.
This is by no means my first experience with EKWB Customer Service, and every other experience has been equally impressive. For the service I get from them, they're right up there with EVGA (the highest praise I can give) in quality customer service and standing behind their products.
