Best customer service and water blocks in the business! Jan was very sweet, a wealth of knowledge and was able to answer all my questions in a timely fashion highly recommend reaching out to them if you have any questions about specific configurations your looking to build that your unsure about!

I rarely write reviews, but I believe that for any good customer support, everyone must know. I had a problem with my aio unit which with the help of kind and professional people at
EKWB was resolved in an express period. Now I'm thinking of doing a complete custom loop even though that wasn't my plan at all. I just want to support these people.

Being a business owner myself
Being a business owner myself, I know that, generally speaking, if a customer has even a mildly bad experience, they can't wait to tell everyone they don't know about it. So for people to take the time to sit down and write some kind words about their experience, it must be very positive. This is how I feel about EKWB. My AiO pump broke
My AiO pump broke, but as EK gives 5 years of warranty, I opened an RMA ticket for it. Just a few days later a brand new unit arrived at my doorstep for no additional cost. Amazing customer service. Will buy from them again.

EK stands behind their product
I purchased a 360 AIO cooler that had a defective fan ( bearings squealing). This is my 3rd EK purchase. I contacted EK provided them evidence and they immediately sent a replacement fan which works perfectly. The CS agent was friendly and fixed the problem with haste. I am happy with this company and their quality products. :-)

Customer support seems very poor.-very disappointed
Customer support seems very poor.
-received $3,000+ PC with broken GPU(4080 super)
-Contacted support about problem, they replied a day later but then it took them 10 days to respond to my reply.
-after the 10 days somebody else took over the ticket(since no response) and they said they would send me a new GPU as soon as they could source one.
-It's been 22 days since they said they would source me a new GPU and they haven't responded since then.
-I've inquired multiple times about what is going on with the GPU and no reply.
-I ordered my PC on Feb 1st/2nd and its already the end of March and I still haven't been able to use it.
-I would not recommend doing business with this company.

The costumer service is taken seriously, last I had an issue for emptying loops efficiently and faster. I bought myself an oil free air compressor, with a special option, to create a steady flow, and dry the air as well. The obvious question was how much bar the loops can stand. I got a great answer.
