Ordered one day and delivered the next. Item was of good quality and I was very happy with it and the service. In my case the item was dispatched without needing a signature. Perfect when you are working, I hate having to make a journey to a sorting centre to pick up something that could have been pushed through the door.

Customer service second to none!! So impressed. Order did not get delivered, phoned and emailed, had a response within 5 minutes. Item sent again with next day recorded delivery. Fantastic! You know how to look after your customers

This item was ordered for a female and unfortunately, it came and it wasn’t suitable as it was huge. When trying to adjust it we weren’t able to and therefore it is now redundant.
The company have since been in touch and have provided a full refund and advised that they provide a youtube tutorial on how to adapt the strap.

No indication of sizes on website - came and was massive - not realistic for a woman’s wrist

Sent me the incorrect colour watch strap and when enquire why they reply they didn’t have the colour I ordered! In my opinion they should not put the colour option rather than just sell me the next nearest colour! Full refund given with thanks
