Gives you a lot more possibilities with using your voice and your imagination in your classes. The course teacher is excellent and Your Yoga Flow is a great leader in the Yoga world. I have had many many course from them. All excellent teachers and materials.

Completing this 175-hour advanced yoga teacher training has been such a meaningful experience for me. I really appreciated how well the course was organized and thoughtfully laid out. Everything felt simple to follow, the instructions were clear, and the structure made it easy to stay engaged and connected throughout the program. Even in an online format, the training felt personal and supportive rather than distant or disconnected.

One of the things I loved most was the teaching team. Each teacher brought their own wisdom, personality, and perspective, and somehow, through a screen, I truly felt like I got to know them. Their guidance created an environment that felt encouraging, inspiring, and authentic. I not only learned so much about yoga, teaching, and the body, but I also experienced a lot of personal growth along the way.

What stands out most to me is that this training deepened my curiosity and love for learning. It reminded me that the more we learn, the more we realize how much there still is to explore. Instead of feeling finished, I feel inspired to keep going, keep studying, and continue evolving both as a teacher and as a person. I’m leaving this program feeling motivated, grateful, and excited for what comes next.

I think the courses and the people are fine, but man, the digital, especially the payment experience has made me lose all confidence (I work online and know this is not the norm).
I bought the teacher training, then the 'lifetime access' to it (Also, 'lifetime' access is not really lifetime access, you have to pay monthly to keep your lifetime access... which seems shady to me). When they switched over to a new platform, the card I had used and that had been charged for months was no longer charged, they were trying to charge my 'old' card which I was told the info on was not kept (obviously incorrect). When I contacted them about this they were great and responsive, but now, I just had another digital payment 'thing'.

They kept sending links to update my payment method. None of the links would load and I would close the windows after about 5 minutes. After 3 days of trying, I finally got in and it was still wildly slow loading making me very uncomfortable entering any kind of financial info. After many frustrating attempts, I hit 'cancel my subscription'. No pop-up, no confirmation, in fact, nothing happened just like when I had been trying to log in for the past 3 days. BUT, I did get a cancellation email confirmation. So, I am kinda happy to be rid of this frustration, but I have lost a lot of money that was supposed to give me lifetime access and got me nothing but hours lost.

The teachers at Your Yoga Flow are knowledgeable and clearly passionate about their work. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to learn and have loved all the Yoga teacher trainings I have taken: 200hr, 300hr, 100hr Children’s and now the 50hr Trauma Informed course. This latest course (as well as all the others) was rich with information and provided meaningful, practical ways to apply what I learned.

Really great courses, easy to follow , inspirational and a great way to become a yoga teacher or enhance your own experience of yoga.

As an individual that has been practicing yoga for the last five years, this teacher training has been so fulfilling in all the best ways possible. I have felt even more connected to myself and the world around me, I have found myself observing my practice in more detail - both on and off the mat.

I have been doing yoga for 40 years, and finally decided when I recently retired from full time teaching, that I would become a certified yoga teacher through Your Yoga Flow Canada.

Having a degree in Kinesiology, I found the entire 200 hour program to be thoroughly designed and very comprehensive. From the philosophy, the anatomy, to the asanas, I feel I was exposed to a vast foundation of knowledge that gives me an extremely solid base to grow from, as I expand into teaching yoga now as a qualified instructor.

Although I have not enjoyed online learning in the past, the videos on anatomy and the personalized discussions, made the content much easier to watch and absorb. I especially liked each video on the Asanas, since they were so comprehensive and illustrated proper techniques, queuing, modifications and accommodations, just as I will experience and deliver in the future.
I was able to tackle this course on "My timelines" and execute it in large or small chunks, which was very relieving vs. having to attend traditional mandatory classes with inflexible hours.

I am VERY PLEASED with the content, the course layout the lesson format, the assessment and the final practicum video allow me to "pull all the pieces" together. I feel very confident that I can now continue my journey and growth as a certified yoga instructor with fellow yogis / students.

This course is a MUST for anyone who wants to pursue becoming a certified yoga instructor, on their timelines from home.

DON’T get involved with this. It’s a money making racket!
I am NOT a v satisfied customer rather I feel cheated out of €49.

I recently completed the 200H YTT, and overall, it was a deeply enriching experience. I absolutely loved the self-paced structure, being able to move through the content at my pace and on my own schedule. Very ideal for someone who prefers flexibility and learning in an independent environment. The course offers a thorough and comprehensive foundation in yoga, and the variety of topics covered kept it interesting and engaging. The teachers are passionate about yoga and this shows in the quality of instruction. They are experienced, warm and knowledgeable, and I appreciated the diverse teaching styles. YourYogaFlow was a solid choice for my YTT, as it provided a solid foundation as a now certified yoga teacher.

The company has debited my account. Within saying this I have not been using nor do I have history of agreeing to or wanting to be direct debited. They have responded all purchases are final but I have not purchased anything.

I thought the curriculum was thorough, well-structured and engaging. I appreciated the pacing and mix of lecture to assignment. It seemed as though a lot of care and intention went into ensuring this was a meaningful journey for the students. What impressed me most about this course, though, were the teachers, specifically Angela, Mark and Juan. They appear to be caring and authentic and I felt connected from the start.

My only recommendation would be to add a live component and I see that has already been done!

Thank you so much. This course was balm to my soul during a difficult time. I don't know that I will teach (though I feel confident in my preparedness to do so!) but I have certainly grown and changed by taking this course.

I am leaving this review as a last ditch effort to get someone to reply to me about an unauthorized charge. I have emailed several times requesting a refund for a renewal I did not authorize. I specifically canceled the automatic renewal, yet I was charged on March 7th for a subscription renewal for $59.00. No one has replied to any of my inquiries to rectify the situation. I am really not in any financial position to lose $59.00 for something I will no longer use. It's just very disappointing that this type of organization would leave all of my inquiries unanswered. I expected more from an institution that builds its clientele on the philosophy of mindfulness and well-being.

I really enjoyed the whole teacher training program, especially the lectures. All the teachers have a Wonderful approach on sharing their knowledge, making very complex topics accessible.
I feel enriched and I noticed many changes in my own approach to the practice.

Instructors were incredible throughout the curriculum. Couldn’t have asked for a better online course. Well done.

First of all, I signed up for the 300h YTT via Udemy and I'm glad I did, because it wouldn't be worth paying full price for me. They force you into buying their streaming service in addition to the Udemy course, to "satisfy" Yoga Alliances requirements for in-person/live training. But it's still a lot cheaper than buying the course on their website.

Comparing it to a real life training is of course difficult, as there is so much more to a yoga teacher training than watching some videos and doing quizzes. As an accompaniment it is probably ok, or as a refresher. I did the online 300hr training after having done an in-person 200h training in Indonesia the year before.

I felt like there was little to nothing that I learned on top, it was more of a repetition of things I had previously learned. Having said that, perhaps my 200h was just very good.

Those things are however taught in a nice way, the teachers are passionate and the recording quality is decent.

I would wish for more lessons on hands-on adjustments, how to make philosophy part of your teaching, the business of yoga, and how to sequence workshops. I.e. a class on how to plan and execute arm-balancing workshops or other topic-focused things would be something I expect in an advanced teacher class.

I would say if you haven't done any YTT before, the 300hr is good value for the money but you won't know how to teach (you will mostly learn teaching by teaching and going to live classes imo).

So value for the money is ok, although the content is fairly basic. I did expect more advanced content.

What was really bad about my experience is that there was an issue when I signed up, so support had to manually add me and sent me a payment link. Because of the back and forth I didn't even know that I was automatically signed up for a subscription with automatic renewal. I hadn't used the online studio in months (as I said I just didn't get value out of it).

As soon as I noticed (within a week), I reached out and asked for a refund. But they didn't want to do it. So now I'm charged for another year of a streaming service that I never wanted and was forced to sign-up for to begin with.

So yea, their customer service is helpful when you want to spend money, but not when you disagree with the spending.

The way the curriculum is laid out it makes it easy to learn and understand. The teachers are very well versed in their expertise and create a nurturing and inclusive environment. Everything you need is here to do your online teacher training! I would take additional courses with youryogaflow!

My experience with the three programs I've taken with Your Yoga Flow so far has been fantastic. The faculty are knowledgeable, thoughtful, and inclusive, the whole team is incredibly supportive, and the curriculum is very well structured. I'm looking forward to completing more programs with them and recommend Your Yoga Flow to anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice or obtain yoga teacher certification.

This program was BEAUTIFUL. The books for recommended reading will be valuable for my entire life. The practices, especially the ones that showed progression to peak poses, were ones that I will write down and utilize in my classes for years. I really appreciated the vulnerability in the teacher talks and lectures - I found it humbling and so real. Thank you for your high quality programming that really does impact how I teach and live.

I wanted to start teaching children yoga- adding to my High School Teacher profession. I have been sleeping on it for some time. I am very grateful I got
to have this done through Your Yoga Flow. The training was planned well and presented well. I liked the materials - my favorite is the 'Inspirations'
part. That is something I plan to have in my lessons as well. I want to use a quote (of inspiration) to start my lessons. The quizzes popped at the right
time and right size. As a working person, I found the weight of the training very workable - doable. I am grateful programs like these exist for wannabe
yoga teachers like me. I am very happy and I have been telling my students about my RCYT. I am in the process of starting my own Weekend Children's Yoga Classes. Wish me luck:)
