Completing this prenatal certification over the course of more than 2 years has been so rewarding. I very much enjoyed the program’s structure which felt like it was very thoughtfully designed. I loved that the program consisted of in depth content for all that is yoga including beautiful books with inspiring, motivating and uplifting guidance.
This certification truly deepened my knowledge and I am grateful for the dedication and hard work that went into creating such an impactful learning experience. Thank you!

A very comprehensive program with a wonderful structure mixing up lectures and studying with practicums and check-ins, making the experience very inspiring, varied and eventhough it's all online I felt like I had company all the way through to completion. All the modules were wonderful and informative but I particularly loved the ones about sanskrit (I'd love a whole course on sanskrit!), pranayama, philosophy, chakras, mudras and ayurveda.

It's always nerveracking with final exams but there was so much support and help from demos of previous successful submissions, and information available that made it much less intimidating and boosted my confidence.

I feel so enriched by everything I've learned not just through the course but also from the amazing podcast that's created a deep sense of connection and community, something often missing from online courses but that's been plentiful here.

I can't wait to learn more from all these amazing teachers. Thank you so so much for this experience!

Your Yoga Flow Teacher Training is wonderful for people who are self-motivated and can manage their study schedule on their own. I found the training to be comprehensive and enjoyable. All of the staff I have interacted with are positive and uplifting.

My program was a 200 hours training. It was much more than I expected in sense of the course material, from anatomy, to philosophy, meditation and asana. The material was so informative and what I liked most was how simple the teachers explained everything, which made me not only understand and learn everything but also inspired me to keep reading and learning and expanding my knowledge.

I loved the detail of the program going through all the modules. It look me almost a year to complete the course just due to my own like events so I
loved that it was available online with some live options. Everyone was so encouraging in the comments/check in sections.
I loved the retreat, though it was not part of the curriculum, I think it would be an awesome option to add for those that would like some in person instruction or practicum grading in person.
I'm looking forward to completing more training.

I really just want to thank you all for this opportunity to take yoga teacher training. I have, for the past 10 years, been dying to attend one in person, but finances usually have not made that possible.

Your Yoga Flow Online is one of the most affordable options I have found, and I absolutely adore that I was supporting a Canadian company by taking my training with you.

Thanks to the instructors of this course I was able to complete training on my own time, through what I have to admit was an extremely difficult year professionally and personally.

This training gave me something to look forward to, and strive towards, during a major career shift. It was extremely gratifying to finally watch myself get through a filmed class (even if I do hate watching myself on camera).

So thank you, for teaching me that making mistakes is okay, and to just move forward and try again.

The only feedback I would have is about the platform itself and it's that I think I would like to have the practicum requirements listed even earlier in the program so I can know exactly what I'm building up to, and prepare for it accordingly as I work through each module. But maybe that's just me being too eager as well.

I thought the program was great. The inclusion of videos, readings, and assignments made the learning very easy to follow.
I noticed there were videos that didn't have the option to turn on subtitles, and some that did. The only feedback I would give is to possibly add subtitles to all videos as I am able to comprehend videos better that way.
I had quite a bit of trouble uploading the video to the site that you emailed to me, so I ended up having to post it on YouTube, but that might've just been a me situation.
Overall, I really enjoyed the program and am excited to see what my future holds!

I had the opportunity to travel with Your Yoga Flow to Portugal April 2024. The experience exceeded my expectations. It was well organized, geared for all levels, the instructors were professional and extremely in tune and respectful to all participants and it was just a really magical experience. I highly recommend taking the time to learn and spend time with the Your Yoga Flow as a school and as people. They will surpass your expectations and enrich your life in many ways. I look forward to my next learning opportunity and life adventure with the Your Yoga Flow community.

The course was a great mix of yoga theory and practice videos and the content was very thorough and comprehensive. The instructors were all engaging and kept my interest throughout the 200 hours. I would highly recommend the course and am now thinking of doing the yin module. The ongoing teacher development videos are excellent and ensure ongoing CPD. Thank you all very much and it was so wonderful to meet you and fellow yogis on the amazing retreat in Portugal which has further inspired me!

Your Yoga Flow made me feel supported and nurtured throughout my 200 hours training. As an already qualified yoga teacher I joined this online course during lockdown and it was so well put together I still learned loads. It was brilliantly conceived and produced. Different learning styles catered for and so much support offered. It was fun as well!
And as for the in person retreat in Portugal - what a complete and utter joy. Beautifully put together with n the most wonderful location. All the facilitators were fabulous. I would do it again tomorrow if I could. Thank you so much 🙏🏻

What a great online program!!!! I really enjoyed this program, and I look forward to completing more in the near future! The instructors were very thorough, and created a comfortable, low stress environment. (I created my own stress over the practicum, but I did feel better practicing in front of someone, rather than the camera, like suggested.) I loved learning about the history of yoga, Ayurveda, chanting, asanas...everything! I want to learn more! It would be great to have a suggested (optional) reading/text for each of those components for those who want to dig deeper. Mark and Juan were great about offering suggestions when I asked. One thing that would have helped me is more check in points or places to ask questions and interact. As I continue to grow and develop my practice, I am grateful for all of you all! Thank you for guiding me to build my confidence as a yoga instructor, and I'm looking forward to my first real classes!

Your yoga flow online training is fantastic I have loved all the courses I have done from my initial 200hr to my 300hr training I decided to undertake after I had finished which Inc 175hr advanced yoga teacher training, 50hr restorative yoga, 50hr yin yoga, 15hr art of chanting, 15hr anatomy of breath and 15hr finding your voice. All the course have been fantastic for the information,teaching style and the teachers who are amazing teachers. You do have to take out an online subscription to an online class platform given at a students rate (brilliant) and is fabulous for helping you create your own style and you can do lots of varieties of yoga classes.

The 50-hour Ayurveda program was a wonderful, in depth look at Ayurveda. I have learned so much from Angela (and all of the teachers)- she is a fantastic teacher who makes the curriculum clear, informative and interesting! I am currently enrolled in the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training as well and would highly recommend Your Yoga Flow to anyone seeking a high-quality online learning platform for their Yoga Teacher training. The programs have thorough, well thought out curriculum that truly enlightens and prepares one for following the Yogic path. Sincere gratitude for all that you do!!

I started this program because I wanted to learn more about yoga. This program certainly did that. However, I did not anticipate the excitement that was kindled within me to share my love of yoga with others. I'm excited for my yoga journey ahead. I'm excited to see how the teachings I have learned and the resources I now have access to will benefit my life.
As a trained Combined Laboratory and X-Ray Technologist, I really enjoyed the anatomy portion of the course.
As a busy Mom of 4, I loved the reminders to live more mindfully and to take the opportunity to connect with my soul.
The course was full of great information that I will be referring to for years to come.

I am an actor/actor trainer/voice and communications coach from the UK, currently based in Dubai. I mostly coach corporate clients and had started to integrate yoga into my sessions, eg breath work to stimulate the vagus nerve and settle the fight/flight/freeze response. Some of the great actor trainers from the past (eg Konstantin Stanislavsky, Michael Chekhov) used yoga in their teaching, including ideas around radiating prana/energy. Their work is now being endorsed by discoveries in neuroscience. The increasing integration of yoga into my work propelled me towards the 200 hour teacher training course, so that I could at least be credible in my offerings. The course has gifted me so much more than credibility! I have absolutely loved the course and I feel so connected to my practice in a way that I wasn't before. I can't wait to share this with my clients. Personally, I find anatomy very difficult but you made it so accessible. The core team of Angela, Juan and Mark are true professionals who deliver the content with genuine warmth, passion and connection.The teaching on this course is robust, detailed and rigorous and very high quality. I'm so glad I found you!

The Children's training was informative and practical. It incorporated unique strategies to allow kids to experience asana, pranyama, dharna and many more of the Niyamas and Yamas, as well as the Chakras! I have used the strategies already and they are a hit. The child development section is also very informative.

From the beginning of the program, I got help in all my questions. The course is amazing!

I really enjoyed this course 50 hrs Yin Yoga. it open my eyes to how our body moves and helped me realize that every ones body is different and would move differently in poses. Thank you Paul Grilley for the video The Bare Bones
