I have used youvimi several times in the past ! The wigs are always of high quality and very soft . Expect longer shipping because it is shipping from over seas though ! Customer service is friendly and very helpful , I’ll be buying from them again soon !

The wig arrived swiftly and was lovely condition! It was so soft and still remains soft and in good condition after multiple wears in and out of the house! The colours are vibrant and it looks almost natural when wearing! Would definitely recommend!

I got my first wig from here recently, and I honestly love it. The shipping was right on cue, and youvimi even gave me a discount for my first purchase. With my wig, they sent me bobby pins, wig clips, and a hair net which I was not expecting but I greatly appreciate! The wig also stays on super well and looks amazing! Not quite like the picture, but really close. Thank you youvimi!!

so I wrote a semi-good review on their site with 3 stars. To my surprise when I posted the review, it ended up with 5 stars?!! I refresh the site and the comment disappeared. I assume they review all reviews before they are actually posted? They won't even allow me to post another review too which is ridiculous. I honestly think they don't post any low star reviews because they don't want to look bad which is so pathetic. so how is the item aside from their HORRIBLE customer service??? It's OK. For 40$ I got a dress that was not the same material as stated. The sleeves have a sewn-in line for a puffy sleeve effect but the thread they use doesn't stretch at all so I can't even lift my arms without feeling it push against me.

literally the worst horse sh** ive ever experienced, the minute i placed my order i had issues with the pricing which was my own mistake. further more i never recieved an email confirming my order nor an order number. 10 minutes after i placed my order i had emailed for it to be cancelled and refunded. ive gotten little to no communication the entire fu**ing time and it keeps looping back to “is there something wrong with your order?” ive filed a dispute claim with paypal against this purchase. i just want my god damn money back and for this place to burn to the ground for the worst customer service in history.

Youvimi is amazing. I love their wigs. They are soft and doesnt tangle. What you see on the photo thats what you get. Im so happy i bought their wig. I cant wait to buy more. The price is a little bit expensive but since u get a really good wig it worth it so much. You cant really save more money if you buy similars from other sites. Maybe only like 3-5$. I ordered and received all the items within 2-3 weeks. Good job! But they had intentionally ignored my email asking to cancel ONE item off my list BEFORE the order had even been processed and shipped. The first reply I got they literally said "Please give me a chance and check my store again! I'm sure you'll find something you like", I immediately replied after saying "NO, I'D LIKE TO CANCEL!", then they never replied about it and went to process the order few days later... On their own site, they said they allow cancellations if the order has not been processed.. haha sure :)

I have friends who have ordered from them, and they have completely no issues with adding more items to an order even if it's already been made, but when it comes to cancelling just one item? Nope..

Their items can also be found from other websites like Taobao or Aliexpress where you can find it for 2x or 3x CHEAPER! They also use the same stock/example pictures as them but slightly edit it..

The prices a pretty fair too^^.💕 They have a big variety of cute and modern, but also old-fashioned clothes. So, you can find clothes in nearly any style! The website has a supi cute design and is easy to use! ^^ It's one of my favorite stores in the world! ^^

The only "bad" (not really that bad though) thing is you can not really return or exchange clothes or wigs. I bought something in what I thought would be the right size but it turned out a little tight. So a wrote to Youvimi and got a quick response saying I can not return it but sell it myself and get a discount buying a new one. I think that is really nice but I would rather be able to return or exchange clothes than have to sell them myself.

I love the clothes I got, only there was a bit of a problem with customer service, and shipping.
When we ordered the things, two of the skirts ran out. So my mom asked for a refund, and they refused to give it to her and told her to choose different clothes as a replacement. I was personally happy to do that, but I know many people wouldn't be.
The first batch of things (as in the part of the order that was in stock) I ordered arrived on time, although the other package took a month. The site said that due to bad mail service and/or other things, packages may delay. The standard time for things to arrive in 1-3 weeks, so 4 weeks isn't that bad of a wait.

So I’ve been following this page for awhile and saw that a lot of influencers use these wigs for the photo sesh’s and I saw how cheap they were and how good they looked and this was my first time ever buying a wig so I thought I’d give it a chance and I’m glad I did. I was constantly notified about my order and it’s handling which is awesome because I’m one of those people who will check the mail everyday!! But they customer service was so on point and I love that!!! The wig only took about maybe under 2 weeks to get to meee and when I tried it on it looked like my legit real hair!! Got so many compliments on it!! I’m definitely going to be getting more!! So if you are looking at this page and a little ifffy on it it, here it is. This page is legit, the wigs look good and are not like the Walmart wigs were they only look good on the pictures, I promise yallllll BUY EM they are worth it 100% 💜

I prefer the milky white wig and it’s exactly as shown! The fibers were really soft and its styled beautifully. Shipping time was very good as well, as it only took a couple of weeks to get here. I highly recommend Youvimi!
