Great experience from enquiry to fitting. Trishan who we spoke to a number of times, was so good and helpful and his customer service skills were excellent. Our fitter Rob was knowledgeable and extremely able, the fitting took some time and he explained what he was doing at all times. Happy to have him in the house and would readily recommend him and the company. A great experience for us 👍🏻👍🏻

Yu Charge asked for quite a bit of information upfront but itwas quick and easy to send and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful. I felt fully informed throughout. The installation was profesional and the invoice was exactly what was quoted. Would recommend.

Great Service, and installation Engineer was very efficient and polite.

Product good, installer friendly and competent, our satisfaction high. Only reason for a star deduction that on the first visit the installer insisted on seeing the earthing details of the house although these had recently been certified by a local electrician; we then had to get our builder to provide access and make photos, which delayed things a bit. Overall a very good job, would recommend.

I believe in credit where it’s due and criticism where it’s needed so this is a praise story.
Id read so much about EV chargers and the horror stories about getting them installed.
We eventually took the plunge and had three quotes in. One was silly big bucks, one was cheap but led me to believe the work was being subbed out and then the middle quote from Yu Charge. Straight from the off the quote stated the best route for the cable was how we anticipated it to be and had all the latest surge protection. We stated we did not want the cable running through the house and they took that into account without question.
The communication was good and so was the payment instructions. Pay only when the works complete.
The engineer ( Rob) turned up bang on time and explained the work process. We quickly realised the tethered lead would not be long enough and he was able to fit the untethered instead as he had one as van stock. Our cable was longer than the one supplied as the tethered one.
He took a bit longer to fit it as he had to work around an unexpected issue with the cable from our consumer unit being way too close to his entry point to the meter box.
The engineer was very professional and didn’t show the frustration for the job taking longer and still found time to clean up afterwards.
I received the bill once the installation report had been checked and accepted and I paid immediately by bacs. Simple, stress free and tidy.
I would highly recommend Yu Charge to install an EV Charger.

Fantastic customer service, answered all my questions confidently and outlined the price accurately based on some simple checks. Friendly, patient and professional.

Engineer arrived within the time frame and installed very quickly (about an hour or so). He didn't clean up everything but it was mostly dust from drilling into the bricks.

The ev charger was installed very professionally and only took a couple of hours. The technician Josh was very polite and ensured the charger was positioned exactly where I wanted. The charger from Ohme is great and I can’t fault the customer service from all concerned.

The person who did the install was very pleasant couldn't have done enough to help explain how it all worked. Very happy with the service 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had Josh come out to fit an Ohme charge pod. He was excellent; quick, efficient and friendly. He even swept the floor after himself and changed something that he noticed had been left in an unsafe condition by our electricians. So impressed, would highly recommend.
