A few weeks ago we completed our PoA documents. There were four. We returned them Registered post. These were ' lost in the post'. The empty envelope was delivered to Zenco.
When we realised what had happened, the staff of Zenco were excellent, incredibly helpful. The new forms were sent to us. We returned them, SPECIAL DELIVERY. These were delivered, Zenco staff contacted us immediately. All checked and sent to the Office of The Public Guardian. All this within 24 hours. What was an extremely stress situation was helped tremendously by the very professional Zenco staff.
