Clear guidence
Due to a bereavement the process got delayed. There was no pressure. It was a very difficult time and the team just seemed to understand. When we bwere ready, they were ready. The forms need a lot of signatures, but it was very clearly marked out. There is just nothing to complain about

Used this company in 2025
Used this company in 2025 and recommended them to my friend (88) who wanted to do his lasting powers of attorney for health and finance. The only hiccup was the documents were sent to his son with my name on the envelope leading to a delay in getting them filled out. Other than that the process was seamless, with the tags attached everyone knew where to sign and what they were signing. Good communication from Zenco and help available if required. Just waiting for the final documents to be sent to his son now. Would recommend Zenco again for this service.
