Made an enquiry via their online form just to try and see if they’ll accept me for leasing, not only did they go through what my needs were for a car, they sourced one, made the finance application found a lender (based on historical data is impossible for me) and it only cost me £50 for the document fee. Strongly recommend. They offer collection or delivery for £75

I was asked to collect my car from Luton as they couldn’t deliver it to Westbourne in Bournemouth, which I agreed to while I was being briefed. Anyways, on the appointed date which was the 19th of March after a 4.30 hours train journey I reach Luton to the address shown in Google and the Hippo Motor Group office was nowhere to be found as they didn’t have a board and the location in Google maps was wrong or not updated. Saw some cars outside a building and reckoned this must be the Hippo Motors Group office and went inside and met with a staff member. She wasn’t aware of my appointment timings and yet she did all that she could for helping me.
She put in some emails to get things sorted and agreed to show me my car. I saw the car and felt bad as it was not washed or prepped and the ceramic coating that I paid for was not done. It still was not sure if I could take my car and after a delay of about 2.5 hours I got my keys. No denying the fact that the car drives smooth but was not the service I was expecting. A lot of things that was agreed upon is still pending and I’m still waiting for them to get done.

The whole process was straightforward, our advisor, Matt Pye was very helpful, polite, knowledgable and went the extra mile to help us find the right car. He kept us updated during the process and been very clear on all details regarding our leasing.

Friendly and quick turn around

Customer service was great pre sale, couldn't do enough for me, now they have my money they don't wanna know, full of broken promises.

Business shouldn't be like this. Don't believe a word they say.

Quick process, in two days we finish the papers and i am just waiting for my new car to be delivered. Higly recomend.

I got very nice, clean car with new disks and Good Year tyres.

Sam was friendly helpful and professional and helped me through all the steps and called me back if I needed to know something. Everything went through smoothly and paper work came through quick. Would definitely recommend them.

Extremely good service from start to near finish.
1/ Initial contact was swift, the staff were professional and very helpful.

2/ Second part was also the same, car hand over was on time but due to the times we live in was obviously at a safe distance.

3/ 2 stars lost on the final part of the agreement, transfer of cash back,

to date still hasn’t been completed, this is the only point that I’d personally remove 2 stars as I was informed that when my old car was I your workshop money would be transferred to my account.
