My card was charged without my permission or even involvement. I tried to contact customer support but after 30 mins I realised customer support is a scam as well. I ended up cancelling my card because these scammers some how had the number. Run away from them very fast.

They are a scam don’t do business with them

I would given a zero if I could. These guys are crooks, a complete scam! Do not be fooled this company will take you for a ride you don’t wanna be on!

All smoke and mirrors, don't believe the 5 star reviews. I lost tens of thousands of dollars in the "Amazon Automation" scam. I know many who lost hundreds of thousands. Kevin David & David Arnett are behind this shady business and they have already had to pay the FTC well over $2M. Do a search for "KD Automation" on the FTC website to learn the truth. Also avoid: "Proficient Supply" & "Hickory Tree Fulfillment".

Zonbase is a company that was exposed by the FTC for scamming people with false promises of passive income through Amazon automation. Like hundreds of others, we trusted their claims and ended up financially devastated. The founders, Kevin David Hulse and his partner David Arnett, are currently facing a mass action lawsuit signed by more than 200 people. While Trustpilot doesn’t allow me to include links, a quick search for ‘DK Automation’ on the FTC website will reveal the full story.

I bought the course because they told me that they do 90 percent of the job. But when it started they said if you want us to do this part pay this much. So apparently every step of the way if you don’t want to do it your self they will ask for money. So I didn’t even want to pay 1 cents more. I stop using it and I asked them since I didn’t even use anything from this course give me my money back and they denied it. Basically I spend $4500 for the course that I didn’t even touch. I asked my credit card company to dispute that but they denied it too because of the contract that I signed when I bought the course. So for anyone who look for an advice, make sure you know that you are responsible for your sales and everything it is not like what they say about they do everything.

Just started my Legendary subscription. I love that they have a lot to offer but I have yet to test everything. Curious to try the ppc and photo enhancement services soon.

UPDATE - First this company has responded to my review by claiming they have no record of emails between their company and mine. I have copies of over 20 emails between myself and this company between November and December 2022. Second I have not requested lifetime services. I prepaid for advertising services before I was ready for them because I was assured, twice, there was no expiration date. That was not a lifetime ago, by the way. When I was ready to use them they refused to provide the service AND they refused to refund my money. BUYER BEWARE - THEY LIED!!!

I am not surprised they are refusing to provide the services I have already paid for and are refusing to refund the prepaid funds because the owner of the company, Kevin David Hulse, his partner, David Shawn Arnett, and several of their companies, including Zonbase, DK Automation, and ThatLifeStyleNinja among others, have had actions taken against them by the FTC and now they have to pay millions in damages. See US District Court case no. Case No. 1:22-cv-23760. So keep the lousy $249. You clearly need it more than I do. Happy Reading!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I would give this company negative stars if I could. They don't deserve one star. I prepaid Zonbase (Zonkeywords) for advertising services, which they are now refusing to provide. They demand that I prove to them that there was no expiration date on the marketing services. Seriously??? This is despite the fact that I have provided the receipt for my payment, and nowhere on the receipt or in any communication was an expiration date listed. I was also told pre-purchase that there was no expiration date. Yet as the customer, they require that I prove something that does not exist. When I demanded that they prove an expiration date existed at the time of purchase, they refused to respond to my message but clearly have no problem keeping my money as they have also refused to refund the money.

They said my email accidently went to trash, and I do know that mistakes happen so that is not an issue. Then they said that they would have a customer service rep. contact me via email. It has been two days and I have not had anyone in ZonBase contact me in anyway what so ever. If there is any other information that I can send to help you help me for services paid for please let me know. It seems the only way that I can communicate with ZonBase is through Trust Piolet.
