The worst experience I have ever encountered for an online purchase. I bought an office furniture priced at almost $3k. It's been three weeks and no sign of my purchase. The last update I received was that the furniture is lost in the warehouse. At a price of almost $3k, at the minimum I expected Zuri to know how to not loose a shipment. If you can avoid these foolish bunch, pls do. They are not worth the time and effort.

Just wanted to share one of my worst experience with Zuri Furniture. I visited the shop at Plano, TX and also had few online discussions with their online sales representative. Although the communication with online rep was decent, I went to the store to understand the look and feel of the furniture and to talk to someone in person. I had to let others who possibly planning to go to this store that, please DO NOT talk to the Manager and if you have a little bit of self respect, stay away from this store.
When I walked in to the store at around 1pm-1.30pm CST, there were couple of other customers in the store. No sales rep or Manager assisting any of them. I did see someone sitting in the reception area but he had no plans to ask anyone if they need assistance. I happened so see their Manager as well but he was sitting relaxing without caring about what customers need.
Finally, he came to front desk with a lot of attitude and I asked him couple of questions but he seemed like – “why is he asking question? If you need furniture, take it and walk away”. I also asked him about the discount Devan Hurley, one of the online sales rep offered me and suddenly I received a response that – “Why is he offering 31% discount where we have only 20% to offer? Show me all the emails? What date and time did he sent this information?” I showed all the proof and he said he cannot offer.
This is a group who are shameless to change their words and surprised to see why Zuri’s owners are careless about employing such disgraceful people in the store. There are smart people in the world.
Anyway, I am happy that I didn’t buy any furniture and could avoid this trap!!!

Quality products with very contemporary design, not something you can find in ikea, also good customer services, I will definitely recommend to my friends.
