I've now bought from WYC several times. Before I look on E-Bay, I check these guys out and, providing they have what I want, I am never disappointed and quite often surprised by the great prices and the (what I would consider) the underestimating of condition ratings-always better than described IMO. I ordered a lens hood and quick release plate for my Rollei SL66 yesterday and it arrived this morning! Perfect! Also, appreciate the 'little extras', makes a great buying experience even nicer. I chose WYC to sell some equupment for me on the basis of existing good reviews on Trust Pilot and I am happy with the outcome. I was offered a fair price. WYC arranged courier collection free of charge and would similarly have returned the equipment if I had not accepted their offer.
Communication is a little slow, but that is because they are always very busy-in view of the quality of their service, that is not surprising!

Considering that we have never met in person, the sense of humour is such a welcome relief to be able to join in with. The service is excellent, the pricing is fair and the assortment of nerds, gnomes and pixies is so good. I really want to go to Leeds just to meet the staff but unfortunately they are 200 miles away, and I will keep the e-mails! This dwarf of the south will be in touch again, thanks so much.

This was the first time I had bought a camera online. I've always felt it was one of those things you need to see and handle and talk face to face with the seller, before you commit yourself. However, I recently bought a Hasselblad from their store, and they couldn't have been more helpful, letting me look at several different cameras and demonstrating them, with no rush or hustle. So when I made this purchase, I knew they were a reliable and trustworthy business. And they are. Their online communication is very good, and the camera arrived well within their specified time limit, and very securely packaged, and its condition is true to their description. Little personal touches also make you feel they are really interested in and knowledgeable about what they are selling. I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

The sale was handled with expert care and attention. Would recommend them if selling film kit. Once the the equiptment had been delivered by the couriers the money was in my account a day later.
I am about to have another collection sent off to them.

Sold me a Pentax 645 with broken battery holder. Refused to replace holder under the 3 month warranty. Flatly refused to regrade item from Excellent+ and reprice accordingly.
If a broken camera is an Exc+ I hate to think what an Avg is.
Now expects me to go through all the hassle of returning the item and waiting for a refund.
What an utter waste of time.
