90s era software with a hostile support culture
Using WYSIWYG Web Builder 21 feels like being stuck in the early 90s. This applies to both the clunky interface and the prehistoric attitude of the support team. Any report of a general issue is met with immediate hostility and denial. Instead of helping, the staff chooses to insult the user and hand out forum bans.
As a fellow developer, I find this user hostile environment unacceptable. The price is low but the professional cost to your sanity is too high.
