I purchased a 2-step account and completed the payment, but I have not received the account yet. I am also unable to get any support from the support team.
Earlier, I had a $5K funded account in which I was making a profit of $2,700. However, it was closed by them claiming that I had crossed the daily loss limit, even though that was not the case. Still, they forcefully closed my account.

I had purchased a 2-step evaluation account, successfully cleared it, and also received my first payout.
However, after the payout, I was issued a new account which included a 15% consistency rule. I would like to highlight that this rule was not part of the original account I purchased, nor was I informed about this change before trading on the new account.
I proceeded to trade on the newly issued account and generated a profit of $1400. When I requested a payout, I was informed that the consistency rule was not followed, which came as a surprise since this condition was not clearly communicated earlier.
I have attempted to reach out multiple times via email and Telegram (approximately 10–15 times), but unfortunately, I have not received any response.

I am extremely disappointed with the trading conditions on this platform. As a trader, execution speed is everything, but this firm is failing miserably in that department.

Here are the major issues I am facing:
* Massive Execution Delay: Every time I try to Buy or Sell, it takes anywhere from 1 minute to 3 minutes for the order to process. This is unacceptable in modern trading.

* Platform Freezing: The interface constantly lags and freezes, especially during volatile sessions.

* Order Errors: If I try to execute multiple times due to the delay, the system starts showing "account sent" or busy errors, making it impossible to manage my positions.

* Slippage: Because of the 3-minute delay, the price I get is nowhere near the price I clicked on, leading to unnecessary losses.

I am currently in Stage 2 of my evaluation, and these technical hurdles are making it impossible to reach my 5% target fairly. It feels like the system is designed to make traders fail.

Advice to others: Avoid this firm if you are a fast-paced trader or scalper. The infrastructure cannot handle basic order flow.

Tips for your Trustpilot post:
* Be Specific: Mention the exact date and time the lag happened.

* Order ID: If you have specific trade IDs that took 3 minutes to fill, include them in the "Reference Number" section of the review (if Trustpilot asks) or in the text. This forces them to look into your specific account.

This is nothing but a scam! Trades tend to executed on its own, I was making consistent profits, one night the order triggered itself and shows 1600 dollars profit and after two days this trade was written off from trade history, similarly later one trade executed which resulted in loss of 198 dollars, and my account was terminated! Trades execute on their own and they just terminates the account!

Great experience, there was some glitch and wrong entry was placed and team coordinated and resolved the issued within 24 hours great experience hope to grow with them.

They scam you .. after you deposit your money with them. Their interface hangs a lot that will create a panic in you and you will lose your money. more over their telegram support is not working... no contact number to contact. The web interface is frequently in maintanance mode in market time also. they will eat your money by manipulating your position , if you are in profit they will see that till it goes negative they will hang you account.

the trading interface is not even can be handled by an expert trader.

They hire some social media influencers and do the marketing and they pay these influencers a percentage of the scammed money

My experience with Xane Funds has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. In addition, the platform itself is very slow and unresponsive. When placing or managing trades, the website lags significantly. In a fast-moving market, even small delays can lead to unnecessary losses, which is unacceptable for a trading platform.

Another major issue is their customer support. I tried contacting support through their Telegram channel, but the responses were either very slow or completely unhelpful. When traders face platform issues or unexpected trades, quick and professional support is extremely important, but unfortunately that was not the case here.

Overall, my experience with Xane Funds has been very poor due to platform reliability issues, unexpected trade execution, slow website performance, and inadequate customer support. I strongly hope they improve their system and support services so that other traders do not face the same problems.
