My experience with XANE Fund has been very disappointing due to multiple ongoing technical and support-related issues.

Several times, even after I fully closed a position, it still continued showing as an open trade in the Trade History tab. This created confusion while monitoring my account and trade records.

Another major issue I repeatedly faced was with TP and SL execution. Even after setting proper Take Profit and Stop Loss levels, trades behaved incorrectly in the Trade History section. In some cases, I manually closed positions, but the system still reflected inaccurate trade behaviour afterward. On top of that, despite SL or TP being triggered, my overall PnL did not update correctly and remained unchanged, which is a serious concern for any trader.

The support experience has also been poor. I have been reporting these problems for over a month, yet the issues still continue. Many times the support team simply responded with “issue resolved,” but later the exact same problems happened again. Eventually, I was told that these are “just UI issues,” even though they directly affect trading visibility and account tracking.

I hope the company seriously improves its platform stability, trade reporting accuracy, and customer support experience in the future.

I had a good experience with xane funds, the platform is good and smooth, sometimes there are glitches and breakdown but their team correct it in few hours, overall good experience and good support team, iam on my second evaluation, soon be on funded stage and secure my payout, thank you team xane funds for ur support

I had purchased a 2-step evaluation account, successfully cleared it, and also received my first payout.
However, after the payout, I was issued a new account which included a 15% consistency rule. I would like to highlight that this rule was not part of the original account I purchased, nor was I informed about this change before trading on the new account.
I proceeded to trade on the newly issued account and generated a profit of $1400. When I requested a payout, I was informed that the consistency rule was not followed, which came as a surprise since this condition was not clearly communicated earlier.
I have attempted to reach out multiple times via email and Telegram (approximately 10–15 times), but unfortunately, I have not received any response.

It's a fraud fund first they told me that they will provide fund now they are charging 69$ they are not even registered

This is nothing but a scam! Trades tend to executed on its own, I was making consistent profits, one night the order triggered itself and shows 1600 dollars profit and after two days this trade was written off from trade history, similarly later one trade executed which resulted in loss of 198 dollars, and my account was terminated! Trades execute on their own and they just terminates the account!

xanefunds.com is not trust worthy,
They scam you .. after you deposit your money with them. Their interface hangs a lot that will create a panic in you and you will lose your money. more over their telegram support is not working... no contact number to contact. The web interface is frequently in maintanance mode in market time also. they will eat your money by manipulating your position , if you are in profit they will see that till it goes negative they will hang you account.

the trading interface is not even can be handled by an expert trader.

looks like they made the interface with Chatgpt or any other AI.
They hire some social media influencers and do the marketing and they pay these influencers a percentage of the scammed money

This platform has great interface than many other platforms for trading, in this you can buy funded accounts if you dont have funds which is really helpful
