Big big Froud company, I order laptop screen and after 1 week they not delivery my product, Than I cancelled the order, now more than 15 days they still processing my refund,

I call 50 times but no response from them

Total Fraud. Loss of 610. I Bought Rs. 490 speakers for dell e6330 laptop, they sent speakers different laptop. when I made complaint they told me sent it back & they will refund me. so I sent back bearing Rs. 120 courier charge. Now after product returened to them they are not replying my mails and messages.

scam never order from them .they will only accept orders .they will not ship nor refund

Ordered laptop hinges on feb 11, later they told part not available and no refund provided till now

fraud site. i ordered laptop base cover the send wrong model the i return with my own courier charge. then they did not respond with whats up and email.com i loss my money 1700/-.

Fraud business. Ordered an internal web cam. Advertised as new with one month warranty. Received a non working product. Informed the company and they asked irrelevant questions. Offered to send back the product so that they could check themselves. Refused and closed the case.

Ordered a RAM. Payment was successful.
But I received no order confirmation on email. So I called, message and whatsapp them but no reply. I cancelled it. Then they replied, right after 1.5 hrs later after my first attempt. They said I'll get refund next day but nothing. Trying to contact them again but no one's picking.

Edit- Today's seventh day and nothing yet

Battery appalling, called numerous times to mobile with no answer Landline doesn’t work. Emailed 3 times and no response as I want.a refund. Terrible phone, terrible company avoid at all costs , just wish I had the reviews prior to using this terrible company

This is a reminder regarding my pending refund for Order #317273 (Billing Name: RAJKUMAR, Amount: ₹6,496, Order Date: 10-09-2025).

Despite several follow-ups and your assurance on 23 October 2025, the refund has still not been credited. I have now registered a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) regarding this unresolved issue.

Please treat this as final escalation and process the refund immediately, or share valid proof of refund transaction within 48 hours.

If I do not receive a response within this period, I will proceed with further legal action under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

My Review Rating is O, Its not even 1, Neither the refund or the product was received, I have even attached the whatsapp chat conversation with the team.

I ordered a product on 25th September, still I have not received product. Refund is also not processed.
This website is cheating users.
Please be aware xfurbish.com emazel.in are part of EMAZEL TECH PRIVATE LIMITED.
Do not do any business, report them everywhere and also raise dispute with your bank.

They are fraud and cheaters i ordered a dell laptop keypad and paid amount and later they informed they don't have stock. But even after 2 months I didnt get my refund after many followups. SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!!!?

I ordered a Graphics card, after two weeks of waiting on no progress I contacted them and they said it is no longer available and offer another card which was not compatible with my setup. So I asked them to refund my money and it has been another two weeks, no refund and no part. Do not order from Xfurbish, they seem to be a scam.

Fraud Company. Ordered the product but not delivered and told they will do refund but 60+ days still did not got any refund.
Laster i raised complaint in consumer court and got refund in 5 days.

I request every one who lost money please raise issue in court.(is is completely online it will 15 mins do raise complaint)

Customer care assured me “You are not a technical man, so mistake can be possible, but we’ll try” — then re-ordered the same wrong model again despite my warning.
After telling me to wait, they stopped answering calls/messages.

3+ months – No replacement, no refund, no proper response.

Verdict: Highly unprofessional service. Beware before buying from Xfurbish.com.

Awful 0 stars. Most likely a scam because I haven't received my refund yet after my order 296450 cancellation 20 days ago and payment since 30 days. Below is the chat screenshots I had with their whats app service group about my order and refund - ok I cannot post image links here.
