Easy booking, good communications

Our limo experience was truly amazing from start to finish. Everything was perfectly organized, the ride was smooth and stylish, and the atmosphere inside the limo made the bachelorette party 100 times better.

A special thank you to Martyna, who took care of our trip with such kindness and professionalism. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive, making sure everything went exactly as planned. Her warm attitude really made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

We couldn’t have asked for a better time and I highly recommended!

We did the street art tour with the owner of the company. It was not just about the art or the street but it was about everything around it: history, culture etc. super detailed background about know that gave the street art a different meaning!

We booked the party bus in Gdansk as a part of a bachelorette party and could not be more happy! The experience was seamless and the group all agreed that the party bus was the most fun part of the trip. Big thanks to Martyna!

I used Xperience Poland to support arranging some activities for a stag do from the UK to Gdansk. Maria was great in planning and also with minor changes on the day of trips it was all quickly and efficiently resolved.

I had contacted Xperience Poland for a booking of different transfers for a small group 16 pax in Wroclaw. Martyna with whom we had made the booking was very helpful and gave us all the necessary information and instructions how to find the driver.
The actual service was excellent. Our driver David was very helpful , spoke English very wel, hel was always on time. The mini van was very clean, comfortable and in very good condition. So excellent service! Thank you Martyna, David and Xperience Poland.

We had a 3 in 1 booking for a group of 24 young teens and 4 teachers, and I have just words of praise for Maria from XperiencePoland who assisted me and made sure to provide the best possible package for our educational trip to Warsaw. She was always readily available and answered emails promptly. The airport transfer vehicle/s provided were really comfortable and drivers drove safely. The awaited city game was fun although we would have prefered to be split into more than 2 groups. Given that this was our second time booking this excursion, we expected to be split in 4 groups. 10 students in each group felt like a crowd trying to work together, but kids enjoyed it and learned a lot. Tour guides were good but it seemed like one was more prepared than the other. Lastly, the river boat cruise using 2 traditional boats, was also fantastic in spite of the challenge posed by the rainy weather. As organisers we would have prefered that all groups were made to board identical boats. All students paid the same fair but one group was directed to board a boat classified as 1st class while the other were assigned a 2nd class boat.
We can't wait to contact XperiencePoland next year and plan our 3rd trip to Warsaw with you. Thank you for a great service.

Had a great time on this shooting experience. The instructor spoke good English and made us feel at home with the variety of guns we were using. XperiencePoland looked after me with any issues and Martyna was on the end of the phone with me when I had extra questions. All in all a good time was had by me and my wife.

Maria was so helpful and easy to work with. She organized everything very quickly and was happy to help with any additional tasks. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to do activities in Poland!

Absolutly amazing start to our trip! Would massively reccommend. From booking to the organser of the event (maria) every thing was smooth and prompt for any questions. Regular emails and very detailed instructions for the day. Was absolutly the highlight of our trip! 11/10!!!

For a bachelorparty in Warsaw with 18 men, we contacted XperiencePoland to organise a laser tag and a vodka tasting. I have to admit that we were very last minute (48 hours before the actual activities). In a matter of hours, Martyna contacted us to let us know she was going to take care of it. When everything was finalised and we received the invoice, we noticed that we booked for a wrong number of people (17 in stead of 18). After contacting Martyna, she immediatly corrected our mistake and send a new invoice. She even suggested some restaurants and bars in the proximity of the vodka tasting (which we didn't use, since we had already made reservations that evening). I would give 4,5 stars if possible, the deduction of half a star is because we couldn't find the locations of the venues prior to the booking, but received them when everything was booked and paid. No big problem, since you can find Ubers even for such large a group as ours within 5 minutes. I would recommend XperiencePoland when your in Warsaw with a (large) group and will book again with them in the future (and of course hope that Martyna will be there again to assist us.

The Vodka Tour was a great experience from the start, booking with Martyna. She was very helpful and communicative. Such a fun welcome to Poland for my family and friends! Natalia was the BEST tour guide/hostess! She truly created an evening that we won’t forget! Great cultural experience:)
