I needed a copy of my P60 quite…
I needed a copy of my P60 quite quickly. XPS has created a system earlier this year for service users to access information on line.
I phoned and the representative was able to talk me through what is quite a laborious system. I suppose the difficulty in accessing it is necessary to deter hackers. The staff made up for the excessive safety measures by their supportive and patient attitude.

I think I spoke to Mandy. I explained my situation and concern about the retirement options figures, she clarified that the figures have already been reduced as I am taking retirement before age 60 and that the figures listed are the actual figures and won’t be reduced further.
