DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
First off l get a email to state that l was satisfied with your service. ??? The call centre staff are pleasant but are unable to answer my queries and they attempt to put you in touch with someone who is unable or too busy
Secondly this is the worst company that l have ever had any dealings with.
I have been attempting to get my AVC from Utmost and XPS for nearly 18 months now . XPS do not response in a timely manner
Aviva my annuity provider have continually request information from XPS which has taken forever and still not completed.
I decided to take my AVC when l was 70 and l am 2 months away from my 73rd birthday , still will no signs of this matter being finalised.
Shame on you XPS and Utmost
