Shipping Issues No Support
This company appears to be typical of many online retailers. That hides behind website and solid products and when there's an issue. They do not solve it, just stall you out with e-mails.
Unfortunately, while they may respond to inquiries, it's very generic e-mails, that do not solve the issue. We have been missing products and it's been missing for five weeks. Company refused to refund AND not helpful at all. Be careful new customers.
So that you know that I'm not just typing rude messages -- here's the process:
There's two tracking numbers associated with a shipping order. Well the second tracking order never was provided, but the order order said delivered! We haven't had any support. Good Luck. New customers

That said, as soon as I saw your email today, I issued a full refund. As mentioned in my email, I recently let my customer service team go and hired a new one due to some complaints.
Amazing customer service and Product
Order these from Amazon when I went to move them after they were connected they fell apart and two of them broke. Even thought they were purchased through Amazon I reached out to the customer service in hopes I could get two new replacements instead they sent me 6. Not only did they go above and beyond by sending me more than what I lost but their customer service is extremely quick to respond and this got solved very quickly. I truly enjoy the product and appreciate the great customer service this company has!!
