Some issues with unnecessary security. Unless otherwise, the service would be perfect!

First of all, thank you guys for the services that you are providing. it has positively changed everything for everyone.
I still have some issues with unnecessary security on my account like my account can automatically be suspended for minor reasons which will take almost a full week or more to be assisted hence slowing or even shutting down the business.
This issue can be solved by at least adding 24/7 or 12/7 customer care to the services.
My main worry is that I run a URL Shortener service and am currently working with different mid-size YouTubers, writers, and Bloggers which puts our relationship with them in great danger.
Like, am losing more. Unless otherwise, the service is actually good, I love it, and recommend it to others.

Hello there,

Thanks for your kind words. unfortunately the issue you described and your proposed solution won't work in real world. I have a lot of great clients but also hundreds of abusers who found their way to abuse my free service by uploading malware files (intentionally) just to get suspended and open dozens of tickets complaining about that to waste my time.

your best way to avoid auto suspension is to upload files from trusted sources only , not using nulled scripts, not letting users upload files without strict verification and so on.

The xsl.tel site gives you a free host but there's definitely no good reason

The xsl.tel site gives you a free host. That's right, but there's definitely no good reason. At the beginning of the hosting request, you will be asked for a captcha several times, and the more you enter it correctly, the more you will receive a captcha error message, This means that it is abusing you for captcha, After receiving the host and after you log in to the host and upload your information, your account will be blocked and you can no longer use the host.

Hello,

I tried to reach you for more info about your account, unfortunately you didn't reply. so let me try to defend myself.
our firewall will always block you if you are sending intentional or non-intentional malicious traffic to our servers.normally blocked IP won't able to connect to our servers anymore thanks to current technology we are giving a way for our clients to unblock their IP by solving online hcaptcha/recaptcha. we are not abusing that system in anyway.

Either you are running some vulnerability scanner on our servers or your PC is infected with some malware triggering that IP block on our servers. you could've reached us to find out the reason of that IP block and be able to fix it but unfortunately you decided to write negative review without any valid proof.

Fast, stable and very trusted

Xsltel is a savior for us. We are an OpenSource non commercial project and Xsltel has been supporting us for more than a year now. They are fast, swift and almost never out of service. Mohammed is very quick in solving issues if we ever ran into any. We recommend everyone to give Xsltel a try.
