Nice material with great stretch and breathable. Unfortunately after wearing it and having the suit loosen up a bit, I had some fit issues in the shoulder area. I was told by company returns and exchanges were not possible after cutting off tags, even if not washed. I now have a suit for $500 that doesn't fit quite right. Unfortunate. I'll purchase from other companies with better return and exchange policies in the future.

Surprisingly thick material for performance fabric, but delivers impressively on wrinkle free. The shoulders are highly constructed, so my usual size looked like epaulets, so I returned it. They delivered on the no hassle return policy. You do have to go through an AI bot that "tries to make it right," which in my case suggested one size smaller, which was out of stock, so I returned. But the product, the "Apple like" packaging, the customer service and most of all the seamless return WORKED on me and I am re-ordering in a different size and adding some additional garments. Well done X Suit!

Slight delay in receiving pants and they seemed a bit snug but after a day in the office I am very pleased.

Its advertisements, which show men squatting with weights over their heads in tight jackets and trousers inspired by traditional clothing, are among the most dispositionally hideous I have ever seen. The idiocy in such an activity is comparable to driving a Lamborghini down a gravel road at 60 miles per hour, or through an uneven hay field, all with a smile on the face; for specific instruments are reserved for specific activities. For my suits, I will stick with Brooks Brothers.

Yeah, the suit is great. I’m an old guy 60+ and my old suits were getting a bit dated. I decided to give X-Suit a try. Really good fit once I got the size right. When I first got it, the coat was a little small, so I went through the return process, which I usually hate, but it was really, really seamless. So, I'm very happy with it. The color is good, and the look is surprisingly good. Is it exactly the same as a great wool suit? Not really. It's a solid 8 on a 10-point scale. On a comfort level scale, it's a 10 plus. Comfort is out the window. So, I would definitely get another one here soon. I'm really, really happy with the X-Suit.

I ordered two suits and was beyond impressed with the quality and fit when they arrived. They both fit perfectly and everything about these suits screamed quality. The texture in the material makes them appear to be a regular wool suit, but once you put it on you immediately notice that the comfort is fantastic.

The shirts are excellent! Always fit well! Just remember not to dry clean.

Had to exchange the jacket for a larger size, customer service was helpful and the process was easy

I ordered 2 separate 3 piece suits and 2 dress shirts and cuff links fir an upcoming wedding. The "burgundy suit" is simply not burgundy. It is brown in any light. I took a social media poll, more than 200 people weighed in with 100% indicating that it is brown. I tried to exchange it for taupe and after a painful online chat that felt like speaking to someone with poor grasp of the English language ( slow and painful responses) the suit exchange order was placed. Days later I'm told it is out of stock so I suggested a cream suit and settled for a navy vest as they do not make cream vests.

Again, after this order was placed they told me that they are out of the cream pants.

After more than 15 emails I have directed a refund. They received the returned suit in original packaging over a week ago but I have to wait for it to be reshelved for my refund.

If anyone tells you the return/refund process is easy they are factually wrong. I've worked to be a good customer, trying to exchange only to be disappointed.

Also, in the first order, my black pants were a sloppy reshelf. The box was tattered, the packaging for the pants was different and it was the only garment without the dessicant package in the pocket. I get that there are going to be some reshelves ( they basically told me they plan on this with the returned burgundy suit) but at least repackage it especially for the high price.

If the refund policy were smooth and fast or if the customer service rep would have accurately identified " in stock" replacements, my review would have been higher.

I got the order and the suit feels like it fits well. I need to have my wife (the boss) also see it on me, so stay tuned. The boss approved! Very satisfied with my purchase.

I was really impressed with the fit and feel of the suit. It combines the flexibility of four-way stretch, but with a feel of a finely tailored suit. I wear a lot of golf type pants now to the office and was expecting something similar to those. This is a higher level of quality. I would definitely purchase again. Also, the packaging the customer service all of it was top-notch.

Excellent communication, fantastic products, I bought a travel blazer and a white shirt, they look and feel fantastic.

I had questions and was reluctant about the ai suit sizing. They helped me understand the sizing without any issues and I used the ai suit sizing. When the suit cam, it fit like a dream. Hands down the most comfortable suit, shite and shoes I have ever worn. I felt like I was wearing a pair of my favorite jeans.

Beware of their clumsy AI assistant and delayed “statuses” on the website. Went to make an exchange and the AI assistant offered a “better fitting” cut jacket. I processed the exchange and paid the difference. Live customer service agent stated exchange would not be processed until “in transit” was marked with the original. Sent off the original and waited 5 days with no confirmation of exchange. After reaching out to customer service email multiple times, was told the exchanged item was out of stock and had been for some time. She stated “there often times a delay on the Out of Stock message on the website.” Overall, sub par customer service and slow responses.

Sadly I have no garment to review, as they simple just sent a refund.

Ordered a suit and when it came in didn't like the color. Asked about exchanging for a different one and it was no hassle. Very quick responses as well.
