Be warned they won't help you if an address has any errors at all.

Repeat buyer. This my second suit purchase. Great customer service from Twillory!

Purchase was easy. Delivery was timely. Unfortunately items came in different fabrics. Exchanges and costumer service contacts are more difficult. Is there a number for live customer service?

Suit is okay. Customer care is not good and misleading in their promotional offers and unwilling to honor their offer. Also really not accustomed to being called (indirectly) a liar because I took advantage of their offer that apparently didn’t exist. Won’t shop here anymore

Quick shipping. The products are wonderful quality and packaged very well. The blazer even came with a hanging bag. The air suit is nice quality and breezy, the event polo is light weight and cooling and the leader button down shirt is great fit and feel. We had one exchange item due to fit and we had to email to get a link for the return/exchange, but got a quick reply and the process was very smooth. We will be buying more from this company.

Replaced a good portion of my more formal wardrobe with twillory products recently. Everything I bought fits perfectly, performs extraordinarily and looks great. Walked through cinque terre in Italy in their air pants and felt great doing it mid summer. Recently had an issue of bad adhesive on a seam after one wear of a dress shirt. I emailed them about it and sent a picture showing the issue. The next day I got an email back explaining that they are replacing the shirt free and I should be receiving an email for the new one with an order number. Got that email 5 minutes later. Twillory has made dressing nicely comfortable again.

A very cheap looking suit. It’s actually see through. Biggest problem was that I normally wear a 42R. The sleeves on this suit were 1 1/2 inches too short. I didn’t even try on the pants. A very disappointing suit.

I love the look and quality of the dress shirts Tshirts and Socks. Even the return process is super easy when something doesn’t fit or u just don’t like it. Been wearing this brand for years.

The product seemed of good quality but dealing with this company is nightmarish. They have no customer service contact number, which is the first sign that if there is a problem you have to rely solely on an email. Which they don’t reply to either. Whatever happened to the good old days when customer interaction was not a cat and mouse game Thank goodness for American Express!

I needed to exchange a pair of pants, but could not find my order as I had ordered those pants as a guest. Twillory’s customer service went above and beyond to track down my order.

Bought 3 items. 2 of the same item, but different sizes.
Tried on the 2 suit coats. Returned the larger size in under 10 minutes. Such a simple policy that they have.

Clothes were made very well and the air suits are unique in their material selection. Everything looks great.

This company is a tragedy…a case of how to create a good product but have no competence in running an organization.

I purchased some stuff from Twillory. They screwed up the order and sent me the wrong size. No biggie, mistakes happen. The return process was abysmally catastrophic. I had to answer a questionnaire, take and upload multiple pictures, retain all little packaging and plastics, etc. I did all that and sent it back. They acknowledged receipt. It’s been several weeks and still… no refund, no credit…nothing.

I literally want the item I ordered… they sent me a size that I didn’t order. That was OVER A MONTH AGO and still… no item, no refund, nothing.

Product is great. Company is operating in the 1980s. I have yet to ever hear of anything like this. I worked in e-commerce for 15 years and have never (ever ever ever) seen a level of incompetence and mismanagement to such a degree in my 51 years of life on this earth.

The saddest part is that I like their products. I fear that if I order again, it will take 6 months for them to get me what I ordered.

I’m forced to file a dispute with my card. Is all this really necessary?

I strongly suggest avoiding this company like the plague.

I clicked on a picture for a long sleeve polo with two color options and selected the Forrest green after completing the purchase my and viewed the order text it showed a white dress shirt.

Absolutely horrendous exchange policy after sending me the wrong pants and wanting to exchange a suit. I spent over $1000 on a ton of items and the policy is almost 2 weeks to process a return and get the money into a store credit. At this point I sent it back almost a month ago and it seems the warehouse has a disconnect with getting these processed at all. The product is great but absolutely horrific backend customer support.

I love Twillory shirts, but one that I ordered had a few buttons that broke off. Their customer service was amazing and sent me a new shirt along with a $20 gift card to make it right. I'll be buying many more in the future!

I made a mistake in my order, and it was marked as final sale. I quickly emailed them about the mistake and took care of it with no issues. Even though I wanted to chat with someone over the phone, they made sure to take care of my concern with no issues! Great service!

Incredible team at Twillory that was so willing to help me with many returns and exchanges because my husband didn't have the energy to measure himself correctly! They were so speedy with communication, and the AIR Suit is AMAZING. It is so lightweight but still looks extremely professional. My husband can't wait to wear it once he gets his sizing right!
