I recently purchased several of Twillory’s long sleeve polos and honestly couldn’t be happier with the overall product. The fit, comfort, style, and versatility are outstanding — they instantly became staples in my wardrobe. The fabric feels premium, the shirts look polished without being stiff, and they work equally well dressed up or casual.

I did have two shirts develop small fabric pulls pretty quickly, which was disappointing, especially since there wasn’t any obvious snag or incident that caused them. That said, Twillory’s customer service completely won me over.

Rod from their Customer Happiness team responded quickly, was professional and easy to work with, and immediately processed replacements without hassle or requiring the damaged shirts to be returned. Fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful support like that goes a long way.

Great products backed by excellent customer service. Assuming the replacements hold up long term, I’ll absolutely continue buying from Twillory.

Been very happy with my purchases and customer service. I own some air suits and love the quality and uniqueness of them. Any returns I’ve had to make due to my own fault was handled professionally and everyone made it easy. Great company, great service and great products!!!

My son has not worn the suit we purchased yet, it is for an upcoming wedding, but I can speak to the quick delivery time and responsive customer service. My loyalty credit did not redeem when I checked out so I emailed Twillory. They responded promptly and refunded the credit, including the applicable taxes. Very pleased so far!

I absolutely love love love Twillory and their customer service. Quality suits, shirts, and well worth it. They made it super easy for me to do an exchange after I ambitiously bought pants that were too tight for my body build. Exchanged for the tailored look and they accommodated and communicated professionally and courteosly. I'll be buying the entire Air Suit collection. 2 in so far, with a few shirts as well.

Twillory is the best!! I have been buying from them for years and now more the 90% of my work clothes is from Twillory. It doesn't matter what you buy from them. It's all great quality and easy to wash yourself and even after years their clothes looks fantastic!! Good as new!!

I’ve bought multiple items from twillory ( most of the time in the store). Product seems to be inconsistent, I purchased a pair of pants the same size as always. Pants looked nice as but usual but when I tried them on the zipper was exposed and not covered. Upon checking is a that the button was place in a diffrent area than the other pants. I assumed that it was a mistake and sent a email with a picture to twillory customer service. They sent me back some generic AI response that they looked at the picture and that there is nothing wrong with the product.
#1-never buy something from them online. There product is non consistent if you try it on in the store and it fits than great, but don’t assume that it will fit because you have had that size before.
#2- they don’t stand behind there product they take your money and run
#3 there customer service I horrible. There is no phone number and they email you back sporadically with AI responses.

I really wanted to like this company but everything was great until there was a issue.

Their products are top quality and the perfect fit. After ordering my first air suit, I ordered three others and started adding dress shirts. For the longest time I was a Brooks Brothers/Peter Millar guy, but those days are long gone for suits/dress shirts. Even customer service has be a pleasure to work with.

Excellent customer service. They were willing to work with me on a return. All I took was a few emails back-and-forth. It’s nice to see that some companies still treat the customer like they are important.

I made a mistake with my original order, which caused me to lose the discount code. I didn’t realize it until a week later. I notified the Twillory staff of my error.
What did they do? The went the extra mile, reached out to their internal team and were able to provide the discount even though it had already expired. Not too often you get customer service going all out for a customer, especially when I messed up 🙋🏻‍♂️.
Not only have I been impressed with Twillory’s products (I’m a repeat customer ), but I’m very impressed with their customer service.

If there was a zero star, I would use it. Buyer beware. Two shipped jackets on one order, including the first return. Wrong size, wrong product. Wrong company to buy from. Avoid this train wreck.

The sport coat is not true to size. Although the quality and feel of the sport coat is nice, the customer service was not in support of the product. Twillory would not accept the coat after I tried it on (they consider it worn after trying it on). Although it is "stretchy", the coat was too tight in my shoulders, arms and chest. With it being too small, I had to deploy without it. On my return I attempted to exchange the coat for a larger size (48 long) but they would not accept it because it was past the 60 day time frame even thought it just sat in my closet. Reason: it has been worn. Yes, it has been worn long enough to try it on and determine it was too small. Customer service was less than desirable and the ratings I see now confirm this was a bad purchase from a company that does not back its product. The product is only as good as the customer service. I even provided photos to show the condition of the coat. Not a smart way to run a business as word of mouth, good or bad, spreads quickly. Had it not been for the poor customer service, I would have recommended this product to the protective services industry, LE, Federal Agents and private sector.

Returns and exchanges with this company are a nightmare. There’s no customer service phone number, only email, and you have to pay for returns. My return was delivered a month ago and is still marked as pending with no communication. The shirts are nice, but not worth this level of frustration. I won’t be buying from them again.

I purchased a twillery suit, and noticed that after washing it the bottom edge of the jacket was rolling and bubbling.
After looking at why I noticed the bottom stitching was off. This is clearly a manufacturer's defect.
I tempted to contact them online and never receive the response.
I went into their stores and was told they are simply not going to do anything about it because that's their policy.

Coming from Buttercloth (and happy) I was receiving targeted social media ads. I gave them a shot and got burned. Just like most of the reviews here, their customer service is horrible. Labeling items as "final sale" when they weren't and the quality of their shirts are garbage. 95% cotton will wrinkle and has almost no breathability or stretch. I ordered one black, one white...they sent two of the same exact black shirts and blamed it on me. Zero chance of a refund, so I'll pay to send them back and call Amex for the charge back. I'd wash my cars with them, but I cherish my paint too much for that.

I ordered the Twillory Five Pocket pants, and love them. They look cool and have are amazingly comfortable. The fit is perfect, with a nice stretch and a smooth fabric feel.

The customer service has also been outstanding. I had a very minor issue with my first order (nothing I was worried about), but the team reached out and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

I am definitely ordering more of these Five Pocket pants, and am also planning to try out the jeans.
