Overall, product exceeded expectations. The wall plug was made of cheap plastic and I had to replace it.

I recently received an item that did not match the description provided at the time of purchase. I reached out to customer service to report the issue, and I was truly impressed by how quickly and efficiently they resolved it. Within a few hours, they offered me a full refund and, to my surprise, told me I could keep the item as well. Their customer service is outstanding and clearly shows how much they value customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this company!

Delivery was fast and the product is well protected so the risk of transport damage is minimal.
First optical impression is very good.
The door shuts firmly.
The rings for longer bracelets feel a bit like carton inside.
However, they do their job.
Due to bad experience with my old winder from a different brand I was looking for one that solely uses AC power.
The watch winder is running about two weeks now, so far everything is fine.
It is very silent, working and sleeping, which I do both near it, is easily possible.
The background light can luckily be switched off.
As the watches in this winder are turning horizontally you have to make sure they are fixed properly, so when you start using it keeping an eye on it is highly recommended.
If a watch falls from it's position not only could it be damaged but it could also block a rotor.
So far I am very pleased with the winder.

I had to wait to get it and I even tried to cancel order, but after I got it, I was amazed! It was very nice with a beautiful wood finish. It is very quiet and makes literally no noise. Very happy with the product. I can see why they run out of them!

It was a good experience, and the winder was delivered much faster than I thought. Two things that could be improved are 1) An email sent when the item shipped. I received it and never knew it had shipped. 2) the interior light doesn't distribute the light very well. If that could be addressed in the future it would be the perfect watch winder.
