I ordered "ALT MIVE Style Folder AT-M120 - Unlocked - Android 12 Flip Smartphone" about a month ago. It was sent from China only a few weekdays later, but was delayed a bit because of my country's (Finland) own customs and postal services' miscommunication. Luckily, they managed to fix the issue, and I received the phone a couple of days later.

The phone is truly just as I expected it to be. I use it as my main device, but I also have a tablet. However, it isn't a requirement, since all the apps, which I need, work in the phone perfectly, e.g. banking apps, travel card, student card, etc. No more mindless scrolling, only me and my super cute flip phone <3

Phone is in nice condition and works well, exactly as described.
Easy to communicate and get any help you need from them too

I ordered a Keitai (205sh) after doing weeks of research on the phones go yester-year, and where to buy them. I saw this website and found how well-curated and cute it was. I wanted to buy from them because I can see the detail they put into their collections and how important it is to them that they provide a great customer experience.

I checked the reviews before buying, seeing that the only bad reviews mostly consist of people mindlessly buying an old phone expecting it to work like an iPhone. 1GB of RAM is no joke. and yes I am REAL.

I waited for sooo long I almost cried when I saw it magically appear by my communal door all wrapped up in bubble-layered packaging. I even have a YouTube unboxing (that has no views ;___;) and I immediately saw something that a lot of people don't see (I once was a film-camera reseller). I saw how neatly, how gently, and how cleanly it all arrived. I'm talking, they must've used a pin to pull out old Japanese crumbs from the crevices of this device. not a single fingerprint. wow.

I'll admit, I contacted the seller because my SIM card wasn't providing any service. I hate to admit that it was just the wrong SIM. because I was certain the device was broken. (it's not).

I am still customising the device, I have to remind myself its old, needs extra love, and to never hate it for its limitations, because the experience of using the phone trumps literally anything else.

wonderful phone, great customer service (they really did great when dealing with my boisterous energy), and most importantly, if you decide to get a Sharp Aquos 205SH, choose the Three SIM card if you're based in the UK.

I saw this phone the Sharp Aquos 601SH and I said I HAVE TO BUY IT and I did. This phone is amazing and the staff is really useful like the FAQ I really recommend it cuz my phone works perfectly and GOSH IT WORKS IN FRANCE GUYS with the free mobile operator I use this phone for a digital detox to kill my addiction and to sopt doomscrolling but Yeah I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY LIKE A THOUSAND PERCENT. LOVE YA SO MUCH

I expect a full refund and resolution of this matter without delay. The customer service response so far has been appalling, dismissing the issue by saying it is “just an old phone” and that I should simply deal with the slowness as if it were normal.

This is not acceptable. A phone that takes 2–3 minutes to power on and the same to access a single app is not a functioning device. Selling such a product for nearly $200 AUD is misleading and unfair to customers.

I urge you to take responsibility and resolve this matter promptly instead of saying it is an old phone.

It seems like a scam — they are selling a product that does not work properly, and when you request a refund, they claim it is the customer’s responsibility to check the network issue. They also dismiss the fact that the phone is extremely slow, saying it is only because it is an “old phone.”

Please do not order this phone. It is effectively useless, and they rely on their terms and conditions to avoid providing a refund.

I was a bit unsure before ordering but everything went smoothly. The phone arrived quicker than I expected, packaged well, and works perfectly on my network. Customer service replied to my question about setup within a day which gave me confidence. Happy with the whole experience and would order again.

Really honest with the products description and shipping. I had my doubts, but they kindly help me to track my package.

The phone is great! It is functional and there have been no problems so far except a small bug on gmail but idk whether that is up to the phone or the app.Eitherway the bug isn't anything bad just the delete button doesn't work.On all my other apps the delete button works perfectly! A lot of apps work on it!

I received my new LG Smart Folder X100S last week and it was in excellent condition. It took me a while to figure our where the space key and other special characters were. Other than that, it’s been awesome. This is what I’ve been looking for for the longest time.

Amazing phone!
I received the Cat S22 phone without issues and it works perfectly in European networks. It’s sturdy, reliable, well built and the flip is perfect. Y2Kphones posted it quickly and it arrived as expected. I will probably buy again from them, I love retro phones and their service was great.

I ordered again a couple of weeks ago and it arrived last week. I honestly have no complaints, it’s absolutely beautiful and I love it! I was a bit worried at first since the box didn’t match the phone (it was for the grey version), but everything inside was perfect. It’s really pretty and super easy to use. Definitely a 5-star experience from me. I might order again in the future!
