Quick communication, phones came in perfect condition, been enjoying them - it’s something new and different. Recommend.

My first purchase was an absolute success! I got 3 phones out of which one has also touch screen functionality which i think is so cool (Samsung Galaxy Folder 2 - Unlocked - Android Flip Smartphone)! I would actually make the change from my current smartphone to the Folder 2. I also got a Samsung C3520 - Unlocked - Y2K Style Flip Phone, this one was so cute and adorable! Lastly, the Sharp Aquos Keitai 3 805SH - Unlocked - Android 8.1 Keitai Flip Phone was interesting enough to get my attention: interesting design, love the japanese characters on the buttons and i got it in green which is the best. This one is not that intuitive as the Samsung ones, but still interesting. The products are absolutely great and came in perfect conditions, with their battery and chargers too. I also got to experience their customer contact process and they were so nice and quick to respond.

L'entreprise est plutôt à jour sur les réseaux sociaux, donc preuve d'actualité et les vidéos démos des flip phone sont propres et esthétique.

Le support est correcte et toutes les informations nécessaires sont disponible sur leur site internet. Prenez juste le temps de lire.

Les téléphones dites reconditionnés sont en bon état mais loin d'être parfait. Envisagez une catégorie vente coque de protection pour les flip phone style "Keitai" car introuvable dans l'UE. Les gens comme moi sont maladroit et puis pour customisé, c'est cool.

C'est satisfaisant, transporteur au point, frais de port gratuit et expédie à travers le monde.

Ordered a CAT S22 and a ALT MIVE Style Folder to Turkiye. It took 15 days to arrive and the phones were in perfect condition! Customer service also great. I would recommend!

Literally my second time ordering from them my first was a Samsung folder 2 and now I’ve got the mive style folder!!! And I love it so much. Definitely buy from them , for such rare phones the prices are so good

This checkout experience was very easy, loved that I was able to use a discount code. It only took two days for my order to ship out after I placed my order. It arrived sooner than I thought it would. I love that they actually sent the LG brand charger along with the phone instead of a generic one.

When I first saw Y2KPhones back in 2023/2024, I was very skeptical at first. I really wanted to get a flip phone though, especially one that had Android. The aesthetic fits me perfectly. When the phone finally arrived, I was surprised to see that it was already debugged and in English -- I appreciate the seller for doing that!! The phone works perfectly! It even works on my carrier (T-Mobile in a big city on the East Coast of the US), so I'm excited to start using it more once I finish tweaking it. I can't wait to see if Japan makes more phones like these, or we'll see more of a resurgence regarding these phones!

I ordered from The Netherlands. Customer service is great! If I had any questions during shipment I got a fast reply. Package arrived within 2 weeks as promised. The phone came in perfect condition! 4g Calling doesn't work with every provider so do find one that supports this. Keep that in mind. Kpn/vodafone works! Overall very happy with my purchase. A very honest, fun and trustworthy business:)

I'm in the UK, I've bought 2 phones from them and they're AMAZING.
The LG x100s and the Aquos 805sh. Both phones arrived quickly even right before Christmas!
When my family ask what I want for my birthday I just send them a link to Y2K phones and say surprise me lol
I recommend them IRL and online to anyone that asks or will listen, I will 100% buy again!

J'ai acheté 2 smartphones hybrides. LG ICE Scream Smart pour mes filles de douze ans. Fonctionne sous Android lolipop donc ne supporte pas les dernières mises à jour. Il suffit d'utiliser apkpure pour trouver d'anciennes versions d'applications compatibles.
L'aspect vintage du téléphone à clapet des années 2000 avec le côté moderne du tactile.
Certaines applications ne fonctionnent pas en raison des mises à jours récentes mais il suffit de passer directement par le navigateur internet pour y avoir accès. C'est le cas pour youtube par exemple.
J'ai acheté en connaissance de cause car je ne souhaite pas que mes filles soient trop sur les écrans à leur âge.

Très bon compromis pour des ados qui débutent et quand on veut limiter l'accès aux écrans. Je recommande. Envoi rapide, très bien emballé, et très bonne communication avec le vendeur.

Y2K phones sent us a phone with a faulty battery and refused to respond to emails requesting assistance.

Tracking information was provided throughout the delivery process, I had a few technical difficulties during set up but the support couldn't have been more helpful and got my phone working. Fantastic work!

I purchased a phone for my daughter for Christmas after she insistent about that particular phone and kept on sharing ads with me from multiple platforms. I looked at the website, went through the reviews and felt confident especially as it states right on the homepage they have a 14 day return policy. It arrived, and we went to went to multiple carriers to active the phone of which ZERO would work for the phone in the USA. I was well within my 14 days, contacted company and was told they would not accept a return of the phone as I did not have a valid reasoning. According to them, they say that they clearly outline what carriers works with the phone (none of which are in the USA) and furthermore impossible to find on the website. Total scam.
