Very fast service, I bought the remote rooting for pokemon go at night and was serviced first thing in the morning. Good communication and instructions. Took around 2 hours due to my own slow internet but other than waiting for the download, everything was super fast after. I had Zak do it and they helped step by step to get through any of the problems

Finally received a phone: 1) NOT ROOTED, but says they "will remote root it after a week;" 2) I ordered - And PAID for - a ONE TERABYTE S24 Ultra, I received a 512 GB S24; 3) If I had wanted a stock phone I would have purchased one from a carrier or Amazon, had it within a few days; 4) and, if I wanted to have to "Remote Root" a phone I could have bought one anywhere; gotten what I paid for; not had to wait 3 weeks; and, paid to have it remote rooted!
I paid nearly $2000. to waste over 3 weeks, hours of emails, and not get what I paid for!
Ordered &paid 6/21; received 'Shipping Notice' the 25th; one week later package STILL not given to carrier; 4 days for response:"Will ship within 48 hours."
TWO WEEKS later - 11 days after "Order Shipped" - I receive notice: They DO NOT even have the item they sold me; they do not know WHEN they will have the item they sold me; but, they are willing to sell me something else.
Ludicrously unscrupulous!
I already purchased phone cases and accessories for a phone I was supposed to have received 3 days ago, and now they admit they sold me something they don't even have, and obviously LIED about having shipped.

The ticket system is very helpful and quick. A person named Thom helped a lot on understanding the device delivered and what applications are safe and risky to use.

ordered a phone on the 25th May with next day shipping

I was sent the tracking code but Royal Mail has been expecting the parcel for 2 weeks now

I have tried to contact privacy portal about this for an update on their end but am unable to get a response from anyone

I am open to changing this review once this is resolved but the lack of communication has been a bit disappointing, I was told it will take 8 hours for an update 6-7 days ago, and have now been unable to get any human contact.

Not the level of service expected after spending over $540 on a device

They Scammed me out of £1,175.60 (CHF 1,242.00) for a jailbroken iPhone 14 Pro Max. They sent a broken iPhone 16 pro max with a cracked screen, and no jailbreak, which still had the Phonecheck packaging on.

I sent the phone back, and they wrongfully accused me and the courier of damaging the phone, and never gave me my money back.

I contacted them the day I got the phone, and they asked for it back. I have email and image evidence of the whole exchange. Additionally more proof is stored with shopify.

I paid for fast shipping on the 12.8.2025, and got the phone on the 17.11.2025. However to get their phone back, they "magically" managed it overnight. These people are scammers. They will lie to you, scam you out of your money, not deliver on their promises, and try to extract a maximum amount of money from you.

I will never use them ever again, and I'll make sure to report them to the proper authorities.

I can not describe the satisfaction you will get from this service and these products. I have purchased 3 devices and 1 remote service and couldnt be happier. PrivacyPortal are really very good. I'm on my 3rd phone from them for my daughter but she allowed the phone to update. Reported the issue to PP and a remote root was booked to fix it. PP connected to my laptop and performed the remote root with me responding on my phone via a discord channel. A lot of work goes into the process and I was very impressed.
