Communication was great, could be better. Especially since everything is generally communicated through discord, it would be nice to update buyers every 2 or so days on the status of the order.

I understand that you are expanding and somewhat a one man operation but one sentence here and there goes along way.

Other than that it was pretty smooth sailing.

Since the 14th of September that the item is stuck in Customs being processed. I've made some online buys before from the UK and it never took this long to arrive. Still waiting for a phone that I bought almost a month ago and no news whatsoever. Am I supposed to do anything for the item to be delivered? A little bit of feedback after so long would be nice.

I was very excited to get a rooted phone but couldn't do it myself. As soon as I saw that I could buy one! I did my homework and privacy portal seemed like the the top place to go! Turned out the experience I've ever had! The phone is perfect, the customer service was fantastic! I literally had NO idea what I was doing and the patience that @Root Guy showed me was pure gold! Remember this is an important process and many others can make 1 mistake and you have big problems! This is the place to stop looking. The phone I purchased was received in excellent condition. Product was exactly as described. Phone was ready to turn on and use right out of the box. Couldn’t have been more pleased.

I was annoying and still great service. Only thing would really be tutorials to the applications on the official discord. Some of the apps are confusing.
