Falkirk has good scale map with clear readable details, but no street index to aid finding somewhere, so need to use Google maps first. Another good point is map is laminated so water resistant.

Yellow Publications are the publisher of Yellow Maps. These easy to read, easy to hold, easy to fold, fit in your pocket maps are created using Ordnance Survey data under licence. They are laminated and showerproof and come in a plastic sleeve with a limited OS Legend card (QR link to full Legend) that also has a scale ruler for map distance. Yellow Maps have been around since 2012 and now have over 2000 titles covering Britain with a number of map series including Around & About (walking), Here & There (cycling), Zigzag (long distance footpath), Yellow Atlas (large area 40k scale mapping), Jigsaws, Hit the Road (road map), Parish Maps and Wall Maps. We have recently (March 2024) launched a new website with a comprehensive map search capability to hopefully make it easier to find the map of your choice. We are a small, friendly company based in Cornwall with an enthusiastic customer base who we try to go out of our way to support.

Waiting a long time for delivery
Waiting a long time for delivery. Possibly because order was placed on the 27th December but nothing received until the 8th January and no indication given that there would be a delay. No issue with the product itself.

Hello Janice, I'm sorry you missed the message at the top of the website saying we were closed until the 2nd January and would despatch on our return. Unluckily I think Royal Mail had a backlog, as items were taking longer than usual to arrive. Lesson learnt and we will also add a message on the shipping page next year, as well as sending items ordered over the Christmas period first class on our return.
Postal error
The original order just before Christmas didn't arrive. Your company's response and Corries was excellent and prompt in sorting out the issue.

Excellent Navigation Aid!
Bought from YP on several occasions and have never been let down! Great Customer Service, lovely people to deal with and a top quality product at the end. If you walk, hike, camp and explore and have never purchased from this company......then why not!? Such a simple idea and a great way to avoid carrying a full size OS map if you don't need to. I highly recommend this company, try them, you won't be disappointed.

I bought and paid for one map
I bought and paid for one map, then continued browsing and bought a second map. They turned up promptly but in separate envelopes.
When I mentioned this in my favourable review of them, the company replied that they would refund one lot of post and packing, which they have done. So, well done chaps; if I could award six stars I would for going above and beyond.

Nice quality map
Nice quality map - I wanted a map for the centre of the town and this map is a little squashed which is a shame but it is a good size and can easily fit in a bag to carry around

The map is great
The map is great. It focusses on the main town, with the surrounding footpaths. It's a perfect size and the lamination is perfect.
