Yeschef has transformed my cooking in a way that years of cookbook reading has not because you can see how the chefs do things. I was always wary of browning things because of fear of burning and injuring the wrath of my family, but when you see it done by a professional, it has given me more confidence to do my own and my cooking has really improved.

Last year is subscribed because I wanted te see the Francis Mallmann masterclasses. Also I wanted to see the upcoming Chris Bianco masterclasses with were coming according to the website. A year later no there are no new masterclasses the promised masterclasses where gone for the site. and some where not even finished. Now they renewed my subscription without a warning whatsoever! €257 for another year. In which they only advertise Jamie Oliver masterclasses. Whom i can watch every day of the year on television or the internet. Not worth €257.

Very disappointed. I do not recommended this site.

I'm actually getting taught how to cook. There is a huge difference between watching someone cook a recipe on television and having someone explain how to do things. The instructors explain the reasoning behind the approach to the dish. They also include tips for success and how to manage and understand ingredients.

I enjoyed my first lesson on YesChef. There are a host of talented chefs demonstrating and providing techniques with explanations as to why they work which I found extremely helpful. Planning on enjoying my lessons over the course of my subscription. I would recommend this app to anyone who enjoys cooking and learning new recipes from around the globe.

Yes! to YesChef! I am absolutely loving it. I signed up because I want to improve my cooking skills and I loved the idea of a documentary on each chef plus their cooking lessons. I was not expecting to be SO blown away by the quality of each lesson, the filming is superb. It's not just the chef in a kitchen demonstrating, it is a whole panorama of their life, their story, their work, their creativity. I highly recommend YesChef. The added bonus is that now I am learning while watching something, rather than just binge watching a TV series which was also part of a personal aim for me, to watch more educational/lifestyle series. Well worth the financial cost, too, a bargain in my view. Yes!Chef.

Wonderful lessons, I watched a few of Nancy Silvertons classes, will be watching all of them plus the other chefs..Looking forward to Jamie Oliver.
It would be helpful if there was a place that included the tools, pans they used and where one might purchase them..

What a fantastic site! Amazing lessons and recipes with documentaries on each chef! I cooked along with Nancy Silverton and Asma Khan and both times the results were stellar. I highly recommend this site and its format to anyone wanting to lift their game in the kitchen be they beginner or advanced.

I am new to YesChef and have watched a few Francis Mallman videos which are just wonderful and inspiring. I am very much looking forward to seeing many more tutorials and developing my cooking skills.

The quality of the chefs is outstanding. It's fun and educational to observe the techniques from the best.

I found the first episode really interesting. A totally different perspective from Kentucky. An enthusiastic chef enjoying and sharing the expertise of the folks who have been creating the local, tried and true cuisines.

This is an update to my earlier one star review. Kevin did reach out to me and made good on his promise to refund me and his offer for a gift subscription for our troubles.

I think that the combination of chefs and service from YesChef makes it a pretty unique offering for those of us who learn best from humans and voices, instead of recipe books.

After a couple of years of membership, I've run into a period where I can't take as much time in my kitchen, and the team at YesChef made it just as easy to leave (hopefully temporarily) as it was to join.

If you're at all interested in seeing real world cooking done by chefs with world-class skills, I recommend you give it a shot, knowing that the company behind the content will treat you right.

A lot to learn. Need more diversity though.

I got Yeschef last June and only used it a few times. Last week I received several emails asking me if I was still using it. I ignored them. Then, on June 1st I was charged $303 without my authorization. Not one time did the emails warn me that I was on autorenew and would be charged. No matter, I just emailed to cancel. "kevin" the bot said they don't do refunds, and would I like a gift card or a free membership for a friend? I declined and now have to jump thru hoops with my credit card company. This is bad business. They are charging me for a service for the coming year that I won't be using and haven't used. It's not like I've used it all up and am asking for a refund. I canceled it the next day. This company sounds like they are in trouble if they have to resort to tactics like this.
