Per correttezza do seguito alla mia recensione su YesStyle di qualche giorno fa per informare che il mio ordine è finalmente arrivato. Ha impiegato più di un mese. Meglio tardi che mai...

Product range is amazing and much cheaper than you can get in the UK. Ordering is super easy and everything is well laid out. BUT there are issues...

The items say whether they are in stock or not, but next to it, it will say how long it usually takes for each item to ship. Please pay attention to this! If something is 30 days to ship, none of your products will be sent until that item is in the warehouse...I missed this on my first order annoyingly. But even when the item was showing as 'ready to ship' it still took a fair few extra days to actually be sent and seemingly took 6 days to be collected by the courier?

I am having issues with my second order with just this - I made sure everything was 'ready to ship in 1-2 days' and at checkout it said should be shipped by the 16th Feb. I then checked the order status once the order was placed and all said 'ready to ship', this was on the 13th Feb, we are now on the 19th Feb and nothing has been shipped.

I do think that more realistic timeframes should be provided, so as to not give people false expectation of shipping times - OR ship it in the time frame you give.

I also had an issue using safari browser and trying to add in the coupon code. It just wouldn't let me, so I downloaded Chrome and it worked.

Customer service is super slow to reply too, which is also quite frustrating.

However, all in all, massive savings - once shipped, it did come fairly quickly. Everything was well packaged and sealed. Will continue to use, but would love for them to iron out some of these niggles.

Ad oggi dopo un mese e 2 giorni sono ancora qui ad aspettare il mio pacco , sono di Udine e dopo mille peripezie il mio pacco che si trovava in friuli e credevo stesse per arrivare è andato a finire a bologna dove risiede da ormai una settimana , l'altro ordine (perché il mio ordine è stato suddiviso in 3 spedizioni...) si trova a Padova da una settimana , il terzo ordine il più insulso che conteneva invece una sponge è arrivato immediatamente, dicono perché partito da un altro magazzino. E io sono qui che aspetto ancora i restanti 130 euro d'ordine...

Det tager over en måned før tingene kommer, og noget af det skal man betale told og skat på, gør dig selv en tjeneste og køb koreansk hudpleje i danske webshops, det kan slet ikke betale sig ventetiden og de penge du troede du sparede skal du betale i told, jeg har nu betalt mere end hvad jeg skulle have givet hvis jeg havde bestilt fra Danmark!! 👎😡

Just not good and overpriced horrible refund service. They like to remove items from your order after it has been shipped.

Please someone tell me where does the date be of when the order is coming and if I ask for a refund do I get my full money back for free!!

Efter at have læst flere anmeldelser var jeg lidt usikker, men ca. 3/4 del af anmeldelserne er positive, og derfor valgte jeg at købe. Jeg kunne se jeg skulle have tålmodighed - og det skal du. Der går ca. 4 uger før tingene kommer - men det jeg bestilte kom. Jeg forventer at handle ved dem igen. På koreansk hudpleje er der for det meste ret meget at spare.

Do not order products that require 21 days to ship. Otherwise, the order may become untraceable, and even customer support will be unable to provide status updates. The customer service is extremely poor!

Another update on a review. My order was refunded and I received points I could shop with on Yesstyle's website. I then re- purchased the products I didn't receive on my first try and I can confirm this time they were delivered and I am happy with customer's service :)

I placed an order on 19th June 2024. I never received it. The tracking number said 'The item is not meeting customs requirements.' and the package was sent back to the Netherlands on 9th July without my knowledge. I contacted Yesstyle' Support on 17th July. I have no response.

Do not buy from here - if anything gets wrong, you won't be able to reach customer service. I placed an order (23640788) month ago (28th of May). I never received any tracking information (checked spam, junk folders, all mailboxes). This Monday (17th of June) postman called me he has a package for me when I was at the grocery store. I kindly asked for 2nd attempt. Since then, nobody knows where my package is. They did not even specified what delivery company is used for local delivery when package arrives to Croatia. I was under impression that it is DHL, however, postman tells me that is most likely now with regular postal office. Regular post office does not know what I am talking about and I am not able to provide them with any proof of delivery attempt nor tracking info. In the meantime I sent few emails to the Yesstyle customer care via gmail and via their app. No one is replying for days. I am left without 70 Euros and without the package. I am furious and will be pulling a chargeback for this purchase. I do not recommend, save your sanity.

Dopo più di un mese continuano a mandarmi dei numeri di tracciamento spedizione inesistenti.. non rispondono e non si può Richiedere il rimborso. Da segnalare alla finanza e polizia postale. Sito truffa

I ordered from Yesstyle on march 9 2024 and it took a while to get a tracking number. I tried tracking my order, but I couldn't track it so I tried mailing Yesstyle but when I tried sending it with my tracking number it said that my tracking number doesn't even exist?

I ordered on yesstyle twice (germany)
I only ordered products which were available within 24-48h. The first order arrived after 2 weeks and the second order arrived after 11days.
Everything I purchased was in the package.
I didn‘t pay any custom fees but both orders were below 100€ so I don‘t know about custom fees if an order exceeds a certain price point.
Yesstyle also has sales all the time which makes it more enjoyable to shop there.

Easy to order, but terrible customer service. I have ordered 2 weeks ago and still have not received my order yet. The shipping label seemed to have been printed but nothing was given to the shipping company yet. I have paid for an express delivery... I would not recommend this website at all - they are not reliable. The only fast thing - the payment process. Yes - that step is super fast and clear!!! Avoid at all costs.

love yesstyle so much! great package and they even tell how long an item gets to ship so you can know how long you have to wait for an item
the app is very easy to use and there is always good deals going in

I have been shopping here for about 5 years. From clothing and accessories to makeup and skincare. I’ve always received everything on time. Helpful service, great quality!

Have yet to get my order. I pray I get it before Christmas.
