Shipping time is outrageous. It’s been over 3 weeks and my package still hasn’t been updated. Save your time and money.

Ordered express. Have been 2 weeks. Received nothing.

Soy de las Islas Canarias, en un principio hace 2 años atrás a pesar de la pandemia los envíos llegaban rápido y bien hasta ahí sin problemas. Pero este año desde el mes de Febrero, hace ya 9 meses hice el pedido 18101673, el cual no he recibido por falta de documentación aduanera les ha sido devuelto a ellos y han realizado 2 reenvío del mismo pedido, pero por falta de la documentación que solicitan no me llega y les es devuelto una y otra vez. Les escribo para que me devuelvan el dinero y no hay manera que lo hagan ni dinero ni pedido. El servicio de atención al cliente pésimo. se demoran la eternidad en contestar

I previously gave Yesstyle 1 star as I was very frustrated with never receiving the items I ordered. However, after speaking with the customer service we realised the issue was Royal Mail losing/misplacing the package. Yesstyle were kind enough to re-ship my order free of charge with another courier. They have very good customer service, they always respond on time and are very helpful. Thank you 👍🏼

I am still awaiting delivery! It’s been almost a month since my order was placed, and although you offer a ‘tracking’ service, there is no tracking available. It is unfortunate but this is why I always purchase with Amazon. If not the NEXT DAY, within days I get my delivery, and I don’t even need to track it, Amazon send me the tracking. YesStyle get your delivery sorted out!!!!!

I was a loyal customer of YesStyle for years and I barely had issues with them, until they completely disappoint me this time. Took them 14 days to ship when every item was in stock and "will be shipped within 24 hours", then ended up not receiving the product I needed urgently without any notifications beforehand. Instead I had to wait for customer service for an hour to ask them myself, they really think they can scam me if hadn't notice it was missing.

Especially if you are looking for affordable high quality skincare from Asia, YESSTYLE is the best platform to order it from - the prices are fair and they have so many brands! Yes, shipping takes a while, but I am happy to wait, since their service is the best!!!

Package never arrived no tracking information was provided. I went back and forth with customer services for about a week and they told me I had to contact a shipping company in China to try and find the package. Didn’t have a good a experience at all wouldn’t recommend.

Don’t order from here if you want to be able to return items. Returns are to Hong Kong. Quality of fabric terrible and v cheaply made.

It’s been 11 days since receiving a confirmation email from YesStyle that my order was shipped, however when I look up the given tracking number on the USPS website, it tells me the order hasn’t even entered the tracking system yet… feeling dooped and hoping I haven’t wasted my money!

I Shop with them for for their K beauty selection. They have a good variety of authentic Korean brands and shipping can sometimes be very quick :)

I have just received my first purchase from Yesstyle and I am so impressed with the packaging and the extra information sheets detailed individual items which I have purchased 😀

Apparel is one of the most important thing in our daily livelihood, y'all know. Thus I always try to acquire only dapper and stylish attire for my collection of various suits and costumes. Last time I applied to this company as I noticed here a huge assortment of attires and various t's, sweatshirts and hoodies. I explored this assortment and decided what do I want to purchase. It turned out that the best option for me is to acquire suits here as they are quite cheap and stylish for real. I ordered here everything I wanted and actually all the costumes and suits were delivered in time without any delays.

I got my order products are great. Made my day Highly recommended.

I like that they have Korean skincare brands here, so I could purchase them at once.

It’s been a month since I placed my order and has not arrived. I only got a email saying my order has been shipped with no tracking info so I have no way of knowing. I think this e-commerce business is a scam.

The products I’ve gotten so far from Yesstyle have been impressive and legitimate! The skincare I’ve bought is good stuff and the service menus were easy! I just WISH Hawaii could apply for the Free shipping too, than I would shop more often but I still shop here a lot (ಥ_ಥ) too much maybe… thank you Yesstyle! I love your site :)

I’ve placed multiple orders on YesStyle and I have yet to be disappointed. From makeup to shoes, I’ve ordered everything and I’ve loved it all. Their customer service is great too. I had to contact them because I was having trouble with an order and its tracking number and their customer service got back to me within 2 hours of me sending the email. All in all, great service.

Ordered something in September and returned one of the item as the sizing was off, yet I still have not received my refund, I have chased them up about this but they have come back saying it’s currently in storage. But I still don’t have my refund…
