After an anxious wait a fantastic shirt arrived
Choosing and purchasing the shirt was easy. The delivery felt a bit vague as there was no detailed tracking available which left me a bit nervous. It turned up fine, despite my anxiety. I was really disappointed by the color…
I was really disappointed by the color intensity of the shirt that came, it was nothing like it appeared in the picture. I actually sent to goodwill with tags still attached rather than gift to where it was going to go.

Poor Customer Service, Poor Return/ Exchange Process
Totally poor and non existent customer service. I sent back a return, at my own cost because the never provided me a label. The received the merchandise and weeks later it's status is that its still pending a inspection. 2 shirts? Please!

I love the shirts. The prints are awesome. I dislike the fact that your shirts are $99 and freight is free for $100. Makes no sense to me. Any discounts you give end up being the same amount as regular price after tax and SHIPPING.

Like the shirts, but the duty / taxes are a significant addition and don't show up until after you have already paid for the purchase. Please look into shipping via US Postal service as the website implied we were purchasing within Canada.

Great shipping. Fantastic shirts. Collar on some shirts not folded correctly resulting in creases near the button holes at the end of the lapels. I notified Yiume and they will make sure that this condition will never happen in the future.
