This company has horrendous shipping issues and customer service!

My experience with this company has been terrible. I ordered items for my daughter for Christmas back in November. I reached out to them in January when I never received them. They assured me that the items were coming within a few weeks. I still never received them. After going back and forth with them again, still nothing came. Finally I reached out for a refund and now they are no longer responding.

love this brand!!

always had a great experience ordering my jewellery bits from here, what makes me come back is their unique selection, it’s not just all chic standard stuff which I like :) did have some delays with parcels in the past but i guess that was during busier periods so still happy!

love the jewelry !

Ive been buying for a few yrs now ! always love the pieces! this time bought capricorn ring , got 2 and one of them broke as soon as i got it 😭 my gf was trying 2 make it a little bit bigger and it just snapped in half . luckily i have the other one ! just didnt know how delicate they were lol !

several complications

ordered several items a few months ago. shipping to europe works but you don’t get notified on time, i only received more information on shipping after i emailed them. after that almost everything went smooth they got my order mixed up, as a compensation i got to keep the item i received instead of my ordered one. so far so good, they asked me if i wanted a refund or my item and i replied with “i want the item”, two months have passed and nothing occured, neither communication nor shipping. i tried to email them several times this week again, asking for a refund instead but the message could not be delivered via email :( the shop is legit, and the jewelry is cute and doesn’t tarnish however certain actions or the lack thereof just make it appear really sketchy. i have sympathy since it’s a small business and i really don’t want to be an entitled customer but money is also tight for me and i could use a refund if i can’t get the item :/

Never received order and no replies

I ordered some jewelry about a month ago. Got an email it got shipped, after that i got an email to review it. It never came. The shipping says it’s supposed to take 5-12 days. Ive contacted them about 5 times but i never got my answer. Worst customer service ever.

Item never received and no response when contacted. If you (the company) is having shipping problems or inventory issues then put out a statement so people are in the know. I've emailed 3 times with no response. If you cannot deliver or provide a product you claim to offer, shut down or stop production until you are capable of doing so.

I've taken a look at your order, this has been sent with the selected International Economy (not tracked) delivery which does not give you full end-to-end tracking information.

International Economy delivery typically takes 7-14 working days (not counting holidays & weekends) and whilst we try to ensure that the postal services deliver within this time frame, sometimes there is delays in transit that are unfortunately out of our control.

Your parcel is currently on the 10th working day therefore your order is still within the advised transit times, as it was dispatched on 9th December.

Please be aware that your parcel could also be held at customs in your country for inspection, which can cause delays but unfortunately, this is out of our and the carriers' control and we would advise to also contact customs to check if this might be the case.
