Fantastic response to a small issue with my Yo-Yo Desk Lite.
Unfortunately one of the springs underneath the desk decided to give way and I liaised with David Rolfo in Sales and Support.
I sent over a few photos and then a few days later heard back from David to say that they were liaising with the manufacturer. A few days later David came back to confirm that the UK company, and at their own expense, would send me a new Desk Lite as they were concerned how long it would take for a new spring to be sent from China.
An amazingly kind gesture on their behalf and I continue to be a happy customer.

Delivery was on schedule and installation service was very efficient.
I'm now using the desk - it's very sturdy at every height in use.

When I discovered that my order could not be delivered by Christmas, they responded promptly to my query and offered me an upgrade at no extra cost. The item then arrived within a few days. I have had a yo-yo desk for about 3 years and it has been fantastic. I had an error code this morning (E04) and called the company for help. I got straight through to someone who explained the reset procedure and how to prevent it happening again. Great product, great support, thank you.

Love the desk. The product is great. Feels like a quality piece of kit. Self assembled with very little issue. Now the rub… got delivered the wrong legs - spotted on the dispatch email and contacted customer services. Got a very prompt response confirming the error and noting rectification - correct legs to be sent with arrival in a day or so - great. Couple of days elapse, no new legs. Re-contact customer service, again very prompt reply - there’s been an issue in the warehouse and they’ve not sent them, will get them sent asap (it’s a Friday so no dispatch till Monday). All in all legs arrive a week after they were intended and I’m without a desk (removed the old one to make space and decorate!) for more days than I wanted. Not ideal and a bit frustrating. Customer service are very quick and polite but I could have done with a bit of follow up in terms of them being on top of the issue. This is not a cheap product - if you’re paying premium prices I expect a little more in terms of getting an issue sorted and/or recognition of the inconvenience caused. Things go wrong and that’s fine, but if they need to be put right in the right way.

Highly recommended. From ordering the desk, chair and yo-yo board to delivery and using it. I would recommend every household to have one.

The desk riser is beautiful and stylish and arrived promptly

Very helpful customer service team prior to me decided what desk to purchase.
Helped and advised what was best to get in terms of accessories and help to cater to my needs.
Delivery was good desk was built quickly with no issues apart from the wheels being missed off the delivery and these were posted which was inconvenient as I had to get someone to help me to put these on but overall I am enjoying using the desk for my office work

SO VERY IMPRESSED with the first desk - i have just bought a second one for my wife!

Placed an order for a Yo-Yo Desk 95-S. The website was saying 1-2 Days delivery. The following morning I received a message to say that they were out of stock and would not be back in stock until 2024 (earliest). I was offered the cube version instead, but confirmed that the measurements for this would not fit my desk. I asked for a refund and did not receive a response. I have emailed 3 times and spoken to 3 different people who have all tried to sell me the cube instead. Every time I explain that it will not fit my desk, and ask for a confirmation that the refund is in process. I have still not received any email confirming my order has been cancelled and the refund is in process. Really poor to advertise products, knowing that they have no stock to fulfil the order with. When I questioned one staff member when exactly the 95-S would be restocked, they said not until they had sold all of the Cubes they have in stock. Which makes me speculate if this is the reason that the website is not showing the 95-S as out of stock. If I do not receive confirmation of refund this week, I will be contacting my bank

Edit:
My point is not that I have not received the refund, my point is that I have not even had an acknowledgment that you have cancelled the order. You are advertising goods for sale that you cannot supply, this is bad enough in itself. The fact that you cannot even email to confirm you are processing my refund under these circumstances, is poor. Customers can forgive ‘mistakes’ if a company responds quickly to rectify that mistake, you have not. Even now your website is showing the 95-S in stock on 1-2 delivery!

Do not recommend.

Delivery states 1-2 days on their website but I had to chase them up and my desk ended up being delivered late.

Unfortunately the top was delivered badly damaged so now have to wait again until they deliver me a replacement. Will now be waiting for over a week for a desk I can use. Very annoying considering one of the reasons I purchased the desk was the quick delivery time.

I also have to wait longer for them to take away the damaged top - apparently they are unable to say when they will pick this up which doesn't sound too promising.

Also it's worth noting that assembly requires an electric drill which isn't made clear when buying.

EDIT RESPONDING TO POINTS BELOW:
It's not made clear on website that there is any cut off for delivery. When I chased this up I was not informed of this and had I not chased up delivery would have been delayed further.

As there are no guide holes to attached the top of the table to the base there is no way to attach the top to the base without an electric drill. Using a hand screwdriver would quite likely split the MDF board and plastic surround resulting in a poor finish.
