Missing parts, late delivery, bad instructions and good suport
Following the order with assembly I was reached out by the company to say they won't be able to meet the communicated delivery deadlines. Desk (Pro 3) arrived with missing important parts which had to be delivered separately later on. The instruction manual was a 950 MB silent I received after reaching out (which showed other missing parts as well), an English/German manual was missing steps and manual for another model (Pro 2) which was relevant for some parts of the assembly (Pro 3), some photos were sent of end results from which I was to deduct the assembly steps. Desk didn't contain holes which had to be drilled (had to buy a driller). The entire experience was very disappointing.
The company was however very responsive, and they did add a double power outlet as a compensation for the late delivery.

Only negative is that it is less stable... you will feel some bounce and movement when using it either standing or sitting.

Mostly excellent, just one criticism.
Delivered within the 12 working days promised. Very polite and helpful delivery man. Product is excellent! Cannot fault it - it has greatly improved my desk working experience. Only criticism is the slightly grumpy man on the phone when I called to check re delivery date - no need for that when I’d already paid the money and was asking a question politely! Don’t let this put you off purchasing.

Perfect customer experience
I would strongly recommend Yo-Yo Desk to anyone looking to upgrade their office or home office experience. I have purchased an excellent motorised standing desk from them a few years ago, their service was perfect and delivery very timely. Just recently, I experienced a small issue with the desk that required a spare parts - Yo-Yo have been fantastic in dealing with my problem (despite the warranty on the desk having run out) and managed to solve the issue in no time. Super friendly and very responsive staff (shout out for David Rolfo in particular!). That's what I call a perfect customer experience.
