Ordered shoes 3months ago ,took my money and I never got anything!!!!!! Don’t order from here !!!!! Found their add on the weather channel site ?????

Do Not order anything from this site. Once they take your money with the order, they keep stalling with some wierd reasons and after about 2 to 3weeks later, they will come up another funky reason to refund ypir money. In the mean time they have used your money for 20 to 30 days for free. It is a scam.

To Al the shoe shoppers if it looks to good to be true run the other way, Yorkest. Shoe co, I usually don't order shoes off line, these were the perfect shoes It's been since March the 30th since the order been placed I have tried to call E-mailed these folks. they told me custom's had the tied up, then they talked to the PO , bottom line I have not received the shoes, will never order off line again, think twice before, u choose , any shoe co.

Too many scam companies but the saying 'Buyer Beware' is 100% true. They come up when games are being played. Am sorry all of you had to go through it. Because of these fraudulent/scamming sites I would want to believe people are very leary about ordering online. Their are legit companies, ex: Walmart.com; Dreamland Jewelry, etc. May I suggest if you have not heard of the company, STAY AWAY. Good luck in the future.

SCAM! I order 2 pairs of shoes 3 months ago and still haven't received them. I emailed them several time to refund my money back and they keep replying that they resent the shoes and to wait another week. They don't give the money back and neither PayPal.

ABSOLUTE SCAM. NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER AND GOT THE RUN AROUND ON ALL MY INQUIRIES. I KICK MYSELF FOR NOT DOING MY DUE DILIGENCE AND I WOULD HAVE EASILY FOUND OUT HOW DECEITFUL THIS COMPANY IS.

Do not buy from these people. Customer service is non existent. They will not refund your money. Tried to cancel my order within 12 hours to be told it had already shipped. Well wherever they shipped it to it’s still on it’s way nearly a month later as it certainly hasn’t reached here yet. Completely crap do not waste your time and money. Oh by the way they aren’t US products they ship from China so likely to be crap quality too.

Bloody China again! Ordered shoes 7 weeks ago apparently still at sea in a container and likely to fall apart if and when they arrive! Something has got to be done about this country's practices in business as well as other issues!!!!!!!

Hey guys!! Yokest is another name that this Chinese communist company is using. During my research, they are using the name... Pearlfeet, Pearlgo. DONT BUY!!! From these ads, they are scams. I will report to you more names they will use when I find them.

The worst experience ever. I ordered 3 items. received one item and they refused to give me my money back for the other 2 pairs of shoes that I ordered. I even did it through Paypal and they have declined my dispute. They are a scam, scam, scam. Do not order from them and don't expect paypal to help get your money back.

I brought a pair of shoes from Yokest on my Debit card...big misstake and they didn't have a buckle to fasten the shoe..emailed them , they don't do refunds or returns..the was $40
No one could tell me how to fasten the shoes...so we are going back and forth with emails...tell finally I gave up..and kept sending bad reviews ever so often and thus is one too!..the shoe was if very poor quality. The picture of was beautiful, but when I got them I so hurt....they sent me $5 on paypal🤨

Omg!!! I'm beyond angry. I didn't want to leave a star for there review I didn't have a choice. I've been trying to reach this company since I placed my order April 14-2020. The same day I put n my order they withdraw the money out of my account. I didn't get an email regarding my order like it said after I purchased. I sent 2 emails with no response what so ever. But I got 2 surveys response and still nothing regarding my order. My boyfriend feels bad cause he recommend the company to me.I found there number and of course no response have to leave my number so let's see if contact me back. I should have done my research before and if I would have seen all the reviews I wouldn't have order from this company. I just want my money back. I hope there's a solution to this.

I bit the hook on Yokest shoes and bought one pair as it looked so nice in the photos . When they arrived in cheap plastic wrap I knew I had a problem before opening , definitely looked cheap , could have bought the same junk at my local discount store for half the price . Who ever the photographer is does a great job . I do not recommend these shoes how ever nice the pic looks .

the shoes were fine but they took three weeks to arrive. Soon after, I started receiving spam/scam emails which are now up to three dozen per day. Very dangerous. Obviously they sold my email address. Another "gift" from China. NEVER EVER do business direclly with a Chinese company.

[update] 48 hours after I posted the above review, all of the spam/scam emails suddently stopped.

Thank each of your for posting these reviews. I was just about to surprise my husband with a pair he admired and decided to read the reviews before I did. Boy am I glad I did. I don't like to loose my money as I work hard for it. It's sad that these companies will stoop to such underhanded tactics to deceive the buyer, knowing they have no plans of refunding, or making good on their junk. So sorry for each of your dealings with this unethical company, yet I do thank each of you in advance for posting your reviews.

I was responding to a pop-up ad and saw men's shoes, which they said were British and 50% off for 24 hours only.
I thought I had hit a bargain and the pictures looked great. I was in the process of ordering 4 pairs when
something just did not look right. So before I completed the order , I googled this website and read the reviews.
Oh no! I felt I was being deceived into believing these were high quality shoes from the UK. Reviewers said they were junk quality items made in China. I checked Amazon and the same shoe was much less expensive. Fortunately, I did not complete the order and quickly erased all information before sending. I will only order from USA manufacturers and only after checking reviews, and return policies. Thank you, Trusted Pilot reviewers!

Good luck dealing from this company. You might as well be walking barefooted than put up with this company. If you're not ready to wait for 3 months or longer for your order to arrive, don't waste your time ordering in thr first place.

I wish I had found your website earlier, like in December!! In late December 2019, I ordered 5 pair of shoes from Yokest. The shoes looked good online and it looked like a legitimate site because it is hosted by shopify.com.
So after waiting weeks and weeks, eventually I received most of the order, but only 4 of the 5 pair arrived. One pair went to California according to the tracking, and I live in South Carolina, and it took me four emails, and like two weeks to get the customer service person named ‘Bella’ (probably not her real name of course) to recognize that the shoes went to the wrong address. She kept telling me the shoes have been delivered and gave me the same tracking number multiple times. I guess if she had actually looked at the tracking number, she would’ve seen it went to the wrong address. So on 2/22/20 she put through a reorder for me, and according to the tracking number that she gave me, that order has not left the country as of today 3/17/20. So I would say it’s highly doubtful that I will ever receive those shoes.
But it’s the 2nd and 3rd pair, both Black boots, that I am still fighting for still today. The boots are two different styles, and she first questioned if I ordered the right size. (She actually asked for a photo of the tags to verify if I received the right size, talk about runaround.) But the problem with both pair of boots is not the size, and I never said it was. Both pair are a ‘pull on’ style, they have no zipper, laces, or snaps, and I knew that, and it should have not been a problem. Never mind about the quality, good Lord, I didn’t even address that! I specifically discussed the shaft of the boot as being defective from the first email on 1/31/20. When I tried the boots on, the boot shaft is so narrow, that I can’t get my foot all the way in, down to the foot bed. Now the 2 pair of boots cost me $85, and they certainly are not the same boot that they have in their pictures. so they are running a great scam!
Even though I started on 1/31/20 my emails about the 3 out of the 5 pair I ordered that were a problem, she totally ignored and never addressed problem pair 2 or 3. It took many, many emails, and finally on 2/22/20 she began to address the additional problems. Apparently she can only do one thing at a time and ignores everything else, maybe hoping we will get so frustrated that we give up, and they win!! So, I have been fighting since then for reimbursement of the two pair of defective boots and my $85 or an amount close to that for reimbursement. And even though these two pair are defective, she keeps telling me to give them away or sell them, well why would I do that? if I can’t get my foot into the boot, nobody else can either! And yes, she told me I could order something different, and they would give me a discount, so I’m going to spend more money on more defective stuff? The runaround is incredible, because some weeks there are as many as eight emails back-and-forth, and today 3/17/20, I am not any further ahead than I was on February 22nd! I have asked multiple times for the name of a supervisor or an owner, only to get that request ignored. I’ve even mentioned several times, that I was very good at posting negative reviews for products all over the Internet and would be making a video and posting on YouTube to inform people about how bad this scam is, if they didn’t give me satisfactory reimbursement. And nothing I say seems to matter, I feel they are laughing at us. I wish I knew how to get the word out better, and wish I had known before I wasted so much money. Money I might add, that I don’t normally have, as I am disabled and have a limited income, which I also mentioned, thinking that they might sympathize with me because of that.
For sure, you can bet that I will check, every new store I am interested in, on your website before I order even a safety pin, from now on!

As with most people I bought a pair of shoes from Yokest because of the picture I saw on line. The shoes were 3 sizes too small and chineses junk. Took two months to receive them and they nor PayPal stand behind the product. Do not give Yokest any money. Better off throwing it out the window.
Scam Chinese criminals selling $5 shoes for $60. Shame on PayPal for brokering this garbage.
