Horrible company and experience. Masked the order like it was US then transferred to DanJun Limited from China. Took 3 weeks to get one of the two pairs of shoes. They were shipped in a plastic bag so dress shoes were smashed in transit. They were unwearable. Not only that I ordered size 13 and received like a size 11. The other pair of shoes were never received. When I tried to get my money back they wanted me to pay for shipping back when they screwed up the entire order, I never got half my order, and the other half was damaged and not current size. Had to dispute through PayPal for over a month. Ended up getting only a portion of my refund after going back and forth with their ridiculous offers. Complete SCAM!

Terrible company. They don't tell you that if the shoes don't fit, there is no return option.

I'd give this scam company 0 stars if I could. BEWARE...you get what you pay for. My shoes arrived only after I attempted to cancel the order, this halting my credit card refund. The shoe are made from cheep materials and they are too small....not true to size. The run around with return... basically told to gift them. Don't WASTE your money... it's a rip off!!!

5 ago weeks ordered shoes and no shoes as of today. They ask how is their service, same answer from yokest each time. Lesson learned, read reviews before ordering.

Terrible! Took Over months to get 2nd pair of shoes. Very Very poor quality . If you step on a nickel you will feel it through the shoe.
The sizing is poor. They run small. There is no return policy. I was told if I wanted to return the shoes it would cost me more than the shoes. The only reason I even give a star is because they will not let you give less and the customer service girl did email me back constantly whenever I would email her.
I highly do not recommend this company. You will be dissatisfied!

Bad company. First, they are Chinese, which is not obvious on their website.
Second, took forever to get my shoes
Third, they did not fit. As at least one other reviewer states, they first tried to blame me, then offered to sell me more bad fitting shoes at a discount. No refund, no return as shipping costs were high.
Fourth, I am now concerned about my security, as Chinese companies are well known for stealing you blind.

WORST COMPANY EVER! DO NOT EVER ORDER from them. I ordered 2 pairs for my father and did the read the sizing, I wanted to give them to my 88 year old for Christmas. Last week they finally arrived...almost 2 months after I placed the order. They are too small and he needs a 1/2 size bigger. They won't refund the money, they say too expensive to return them, blame me, told me to give $80 worth of shoes away or put them on line. They keep offering me to purchase another pair of shoes and spend EVEN more money. They "allegedly" offered me a partial refund BUT NO MONEY. Just trying to sell me more B.S. crappy shoes with the no guarantee that it will ever fit.

I would give them zero stars if available. I even said just send me 2 pairs a half size above because they don't look poorly made. Their answer is for me to give them more money for lesser quality shoes. Now they aren't even offering a partial refund and who takes 2 months to deliver 2 pairs of shoes. Talk about a SLOW boat from China. I am so frustrated don't waste your time. They refuse to acknowledge any of my issues and just keep trying to sell me more shoes.

Where are my husband's shoes!!! I ordered them 1 month ago and his birthday is in less than a week! never again smh

Never got my shoes, I am out $40 and no shoes. Will never buy from here again.

I tried to cancel an order five minutes after I made it. By the time they responded to my cancellation request I was informed that the product shipped. After weeks, the product arrived and it is of poor quality. There return policy does not allow returns unless the product is defective.

Yokest is by far the WORST company you can deal with. They virtually make returning impossible. The product is Not the quality you think it will be and the sizing is a joke. This company is as close to a SCAM as can be. DON'T order from this site.

My credit card was compromised after the order was made to Yokest. Don't use this company!!

I receive Only one pair of the shoes I ordered for my husband yesterday. I ordered them 12-13-2019 they came in bubble wrap but it was the shoe I ordered and it look excellent. My husband tried it on and it was just slightly too big. He can wear his sport socks in them and they fit fine. It I’m still waiting on my shoes they were ordered the same time . From all the bad reviews I won’t be ordering again. Their customer service did respond quickly when I filed a case through PayPal

Ordered a winter jacket and two pairs of shoes. Be sure to order one size larger than you normally wear. All three are small. I normally wear a size men's large jacket, but this large is really tight, fits more like a medium. I wear a men's 9.5 shoe, ordered a size 10 and they just fit. My daughter wears a 9, ordered a 9 and she can't get them on. Took 8 weeks to get order. Customer service was very responsive though.

I ordered two pairs of shoes right after Christmas after seeing them online. They were very cute in the picture and the price was good. It was better if I ordered 2 pairs, so I did, paying $75 for the two with tax. Unfortunately, I didn't know it was a Chinese company. Their website had a banner across the top of American flags waving, which was deceptive to say the least! It took over 3 weeks for the shoes to arrive from China. When they arrived, the packaging was unbelievably flimsy, with packaging tape all over the thin plastic bag. Inside the shoes weren't even in a box but just wrapped in bubblewrap and another even thinner plastic bag which ripped upon opening. As I opened the packages up, I couldn't even open them without the bag being ripped up. Immediately I was hit with the horrible smell of strong glue! The shoes were a joke as they looked like they were made with contact paper glued on (with an uneven width around the shoe) to look like a cork sole. No way did they look like the picture. On top of that they were too big. As I began to look for a way to return them, I read their return policy which unfortunately I should have read beforehand! I had to send an email, which took days for them to reply. They then said they would review my request and let me know if it qualified for a return, of which if it did I'd pay shipping to and from (I guess from China). The only reason for allowing returns was if they sent the wrong item or low quality. Then I'd send back the shoes unused and in the same packaging - fat chance on that as it had to be ripped to get into! When they did get back with me, I had to send them a picture of the shoes, which I did, then another couple of days went by when I heard from them again. One email said that the shoes were the same as pictured (yes, but low quality!) and another email said they'd refund $5 back (which is probably what it cost them to make them) and to enjoy wearing my shoes! It's just laughable! The shoes aren't worth $10 each. My husband said just consider it a lesson learned. If the price is too good to be true, it usually is! I'll do my research next time as well.

I bought 3 pairs of shoes and they came in 3 separate packages and no shoe box wrapped in bubble wrap. 1 pair got soaking wet in delivery and I mean super wet with a terrible smell and they refused to work with me. This company I think knows all the answers to any questions or concerns that you have they will not help you in any way. I lost 104$ because they refused to help out saying that if a shoe got wet it must be the shipping company (which was chosen by them). PLEASE STAY AWAY “DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT A BAD EXPERIENCE” shoes are junk too made of some kind of vinyl or something similar. The shoes are very small and went to PayPal for support and they took this companies side, makes me want to rethink ahoy using a PayPal credit card too. BEWARE!!!

HORRIBLE Company! Horrible SHOES!. Came in mail 4 weeks after order and duct taped in their package. Sized WAY too small with no markings saying size, manufacturer... Customer Service worse than the shoes - ONLY way to return was to China - About $66. Ask for US return location said no. Went thru PayPal to dispute and same response. Offered $10 or Return to China - The first return address and the second return address were different... Makes you believe they were never going to refund first return. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

I never got all of my order. I odered a pair of boots for $40 that were never received.

Their shoes do not conform to USA size standards, and there is NO return policy. Whatever you receive, you are stuck with. Customer service is a joke.

STAY AWAY! THEY NEVER DELIVER PRODUCT. SCAM. Ordered 2 months ago and still no product and BS excuses.
