We've just had the outer facing wall of our lounge and upstairs bedroom insulated and plastered on the inside. I know from past experience that this can be a messy undertaking, but Craig and Scott from West Yorkshire Gas Solutions Ltd were very efficient and did an excellent job, cleaning and tidying up afterwards. We are very pleased with the finished product.

Andy was brilliant! After discovering a small gas leak when I had my meters changed Andy arrived promptly within 30 mins of calling to check it out. Specialist help arrived only a few minutes later and they both did a thorough investigation of the entire house. They were both very professional and informative as well as cracking the occasional joke to lighten the mood. Neither one left until the leak was found and can’t thank them enough for all their hard work. Would highly recommend using this company for a trustworthy and reliable service I would not hesitate to use them again!

West Yorkshire gas came and fitted solar panels and do electrical work on our new heat pump, they were very professional, the electrician turned up connected solar panels fitted new fuse box for solar panels and did all the electrical work connecting all the electrics for the heat pump, he really knew his stuff so professional took a few hours and all up and running, explained what he had done told us how to use solar and heating system, showed me how to download the app for solar, all in all, the service you would expect from a really professional business. A+++++++

Came out on a Sunday morning for what turned out to be a relatively simple fault. Said he would check back again in two weeks to ensure it was a one off fault and not a symptom of a part failure. No charge for the return visit. Overall very happy with the service and general customer experience. Will use again especially as they going to setup service contracts in the near future.

Booked Yorkshire Gas Company recently for what I thought was going to be a straight forward boiler service & am so glad I did.
Unfortunately my old boiler required a repair that wasn’t cost effective due to its age, so I opted for a replacement. Craig sourced & fitted a new boiler within 48 hours, his customer service & workmanship are excellent & I found the prices reasonable, I highly recommend this company & will be using again in the future.
