Not as advertised.
I ordered 2 high viz flame resistant shirts. I got dull coloured flame resistant shirts. The button holes are too tight for the button size, and the colour is not the advertised "high viz". It is a dull washed out almost yellow colour. The website image is nothing like the product. I do not attribute any of this to the manufacturing in Fiji. Washing instructions are contradictory between sewn tag and attached card.

Reviewing the newly opened Thirsk store
Reviewing the Thirsk store which has just opened. Great, really nice staff, roomy store with ease of moving your trolley around. Lots of really decent priced products which I struggled to get elsewhere.

I didn't even want to give this company…
I didn't even want to give this company one star. Brilliant prices but absolutely appalling Customer service. Ordered 5 items, 3 came broken. It took 6 days for them to look into it then one by one over the next 7 days I was informed items were out of stock and refund would be issued! I wrote an email complaining and have received nothing back. I called four times and each time told they would call back, nothing. After nearly 3 weeks I am still waiting for last refund and a reply to my complaint. I will never shop there again and would highly advise anyone else not to

First time I had brought from here and really happy with the fondu set I bought. It was cheaper than anywhere else I could find. The only downside I can think of is that when I came to buy it only black was left and I would have preferred red to fit out kitchen
