Yorkshire Trading Reviews

Product I purchased was cheapest I found online and the service and delivery were very efficient, excellent experience from start to finish . Highly recommended

Nice sturdy troughs which would be fine outside as planters though I use them inside to hold less attractive flower pots containing house plants. Good price and prompt delivery.

First item arrived damaged. Customer Services were quick to reply to my message and a new replacement item was sent out. Would recommend to others.

One box arrived battered out of 7, but sent a picture and they refunded no problems. Great service that I wasn't expecting for the price! Will definitely order more in the future had great bargains!

Item as described x3 hanging basket brackets, very pleased with my items , delivered on time and well packaged .

I placed this very simple order on 11 September for six jumbo mailing bags, costing £3.98, plus £3.99 delivery. Eleven days later, I still haven’t received them.

Evri have given me various updates about the missing parcel, but my real disappointment is with Yorkshire Trading Company. I contacted them directly when the order failed to arrive and asked for their help, but received no response at all.

Delivery problems happen, but when they do I expect the retailer, particularly when I’ve paid more for delivery than the goods themselves, to respond and help sort the problem out. Unfortunately that hasn’t happened.

Very responsive
Quick
Reliable

Had everything I wanted at very good prices. Fast dispatch and happy with delivery charge. Good communication throughout. Will use again.

I’m shopping for Christmas presents and Yorkshire Trading have the perfect gift for everyone.

arrived so much quicker than I thought.
fantastic price, very pleased with the double bin, pedal opens both which to me helps deciding on what can be recycled.
thank you
Yorkshire Trading

Items as described and about half the price that others sell for. Delivered on time and well packaged ! Would recommend👍🏻😃

Very easy to order website. Found this product online through Google. Delivery was very quick. Item seems good enough, have used it a few times already. Unusual to have a one hand use edge cutter. It’s fairly lightweight and at the reduced price a bargain. Very pleased thank you.

Very impressed with Yorkshire Trading.
Second order I had placed with them, order placed Friday night and arrived Monday morning — and I’d paid the cheapest delivery option.
Everything was packed carefully ( lots of glass containers) and it was all in perfect condition.
I live hundreds of miles from Yorkshire but next time I visit I’ll make sure to visit one of your stores.

Much better price than elsewhere! Item arrived faster than I expected too. Many thanks

Not used them yet as weather been too wet and wishing to get garden into shape before replanting two mini conifers but the containers look great, only gave 4 stars as they arrived 2 days after delivery date quoted (so missed dry days)

The company was a pleasure to deal with, fast and efficient will definitely use them again.

Fantastic balls and a great price for a stocking filler. I bought 12 but one had a broken box and no ribbon - I contacted the company and they sent a replacement out the next day. Very impressed with customer service. I’ve got my eye on other toys that I may buy later.

No issue with the products as these are really great. Also , all items were delivered. Unfortunately - the delivery box was broken or tampered with and one of the items had leaked/broken which had ruined the presentation box it came in. A quarter or so of the contents of one bottle was lost. This could have course been due transit or the courier Evri. That's the reason I can't give more than 3 stars.
