very poor customer service
they don't get back when you need support
They have charged us for new servers and computers however, every few weeks the system shuts us out - we are a dental practice who cannot have this going on as all our patient details are on softwares which we cannot access even after getting everything redone from them a couple of times!

Great company, swift installation of mums phone line in her care home room, super great customer service!

Geoff visited to update our broadband and VOIP phones, and arrived when expected. He explained everything he was doing, where he would need to be in the building and even waited until we had finished work to start in our office. The job was done with no disruption at all. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Adrian and Liam have installed our new wifi and phones. They got the new wifi up and running so quickly and we instantly noticed a huge difference.
Our wifi is amazing now which is so handy for our work devices.
They were both so friendly and very professional and even hoovered after themselves. Would definitely recommend them to other care homes!

We signed the contract in July 2025, they started charging us alongside the current telecom provider.... we were then charged a termination fee from the telecom provider of which prior to the signing of the contract they sold us the package stating they will pay for any charges.... I have been chasing for months and to date we have received zero reimbursement from Yo Telecom, just keep getting fobbed off with excuses on the refunds...
