We recently switched to Yo Telecommunications and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. A special thank you to Dee and Jonathon, the engineers, who were fantastic throughout — professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive.
Any issues were resolved instantly, and they even assisted with technical problems that weren’t their direct responsibility, which really went above and beyond expectations.
The transition was smooth, stress-free, and handled with genuine care. Dee, Jonathon, and the wider Yo Telecom team are an absolute credit to the company. I would highly recommend Yo to anyone looking to change providers.

Great service provided by the team at Yo Telecom. It’s so refreshing moving away from our old provider to a provider that acts on our practice needs. Thanks to Jamie our engineer he has been fantastic.

We were encouraged to have new software installed by Aidan back in July, we then had an installation date set for August. Ever since then, everything has gone wrong. From our agreed date, the software & monitors weren't installed until 2 weeks after, Yotelecom were soon to blame Dell for this. Once the installation then took place, we were told this was only going to take 2-3 hours, it took 2 days. We understand that things happen but ever since the installation took place, things have just constantly been going wrong. Due to the x-ray software not linking up properly, we've had multiple patients having to come back which is an inconvenience to them, due to Microsoft not being set up properly, our practice manager has lost 2 days of working in the office as the majority of work requires Microsoft. Our printers weren't linked up properly after installation so they were out of use for a couple of days. When they say they offer '24/7 support' - DO NOT LISTEN! I've spent hours on hold waiting to speak to someone. The only reason for the 2 stars and not just 1 is because we appreciate Matt's patience on fixing these issues but also our technician, Jonathan, was very helpful and friendly!
I have asked to put in a formal complaint about all of this but was soon talked out of it and was told they'll send out a 'gift' in the post. No gift and no apology for all of the continuous issues! Would not recommend Yotelecom!
