Outstanding service and support
Jon M and Dee have been incredibly helpful in setting up our wi-fi and telephone system. From the very beginning, they were professional, patient, and attentive to our needs. Whenever they encountered an issue during the installation process, they didn't just point it out but they took the time to thoroughly investigate and find a solution for it. STAY AWAY
STAY AWAY, they scam you and tie you into a long term contract illegally even if you are a microbusiness and then when there are problems they hide behind the phone and ignore all the calls and emails. I have never seen such a service from any company. The worst ever and we are a dental practice and they lied about a service they cannot provide and now no one s there to response so i am taking legal actions against them.

A special shout-out to Jamie, the engineer who handled our specifications with Wi-Fi and setup. Jamie was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He made sure everything was set up perfectly and running smoothly before he left.

We’ve been customer with Yo Telecom for last 5-6 years. We find their service efficient and swift response to queries. I have awarded 5 stars solely based on my last query and how it’s been dealt with by the specific team member. There was an oversight from the accounts team few years ago, for which I contacted Yo Telecom in May 2025. My query was dealt by Sagar from the termination team. Sagar has dealt with this query from start and ensured it was concluded in the most satisfactory manner. Sagar is definitely a valuable asset to Yo Telecom.
