I have was able to return the products to Buzzbgone (Australia) and got refunded with return shipping for my account. What you need to know if that if you shop with them and want to return their products, you probably will not get a response from the Contact Form online. There is no number to call directly. You will need to contact support (at) buzzbgone (dot) com. The company only reached out to me through the Trustpilot posts.

Just tried out my buzzbgone unit and I have been bitten alive! Absolutely false advertising to say the least! Slapping worked the best - which was free! The cost of the unit and the shipping to NZ prohibitive for such a product that doesn't do what it is claimed to do. Also heaps of emails saying I hadn't completed the purchase after I had paid! SO SO BAD! Waiting for their fob off reply!

You have replied finally. And like I said in my review. We did NOT get and order number or any proof of purchase. The only proof I have is bank withdrawal for you product. So please contact via the many emails I have sent you.

Ordered 5 of these units prior to Christmas. Only 3 arrived! I have emailed this company twice and have received no reply. I see others on this site have received a reply from BuzzBGone but I wonder if anyone actually got some resolution. I certainly would not recommend this product or company to anyone.

The BuzzBGone device simply does not work, we purchased 3 and not one of them killed a single mosquito all night when in 5min we were bitten all over. This is a complete scam and when you ask for a refund all you get is excuses they are busy for a month and no reply. Added order number as requested : Order Number: 2220196723

I would not even give this product any stars it never worked. I tried to fill out a request to return this product they say my phone number is not valid. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT.

Customer Service is horrible. I attempted to cancel prior to order being processed. My support ticket was acknowledged and than never heard back until it shipped.

I have since been trying to return and be refunded for the product. Same issue...acknowledgement of support ticket and than ignored. My most recent and 3rd ticket has not even been acknowledged.

THEN AFTER WRITING THIS REVIEW, SOMEONE RESPONDS ASKING ME TO SHARE MY ORDER NUMBER. I HAVE ALREADY DONE THIS THROUGH THE NUMEROUS SUPPORT TICKETS I HAVE SUBMITTED.

Tried several times to contact via contact form (as they advise) ⁶to change delivery address. Did not receive any acknowledgement or response. Unable to contact via the telephone 'click here'option

If is minus 0 I will give that…. I buy 3 devices, I for gifted another 2 when visiting my sister because the mosquitoes are really a big problem… in 10 days between the 2 devices kill 7 mosquitoes. The mosquitoes was flying around and don’t care about the devices, I feel frustrated and furious because the company doesn’t care about… I send numerous Emails and nothing….

This company’s website had a glitch when I placed my order and arrowed back to check it after putting my credit card details in then went back to submit the order - my card details were deleted so I put them in again you can guess what happened I ended up with a duplicate order pending on my card which I checked straight away!!!
I got back onto the computer straight away informing them I only wanted 3 and not 6 could they please ensure a refund as I’m a pensioner and can’t afford/want 6 of them due to your system glitch.
That was Late November nothing done still replies were all generic and repeats if two different styles of apologies and we will get back to you. I tried to call the phone numbers overseas even where they are sent out from in QLD tracked the owner of the transport company site who told me the company’s renting his properties who distribute spoke to an Asian lady said will pass on complaint still nothing it’s nearly January 1,2023 they had posted and charged 6 BuzzBGone’s and no refund.
DONT BUY THESE THEY ARE SCAMMERS YOU CANT LEAVE MESSAGES ON OVERSEAS OR AUSTRALIAN NUMBER IT ALWAYS SAYS EMAIL US!!!!

I AGREE WITH A PREVIOUS COMPLAINANT A 0(ZERO) Would be appropriate.
I SENT APPROX 20 EMAILS GOT THE SAME AMOUNT OF GENERIC REPLIES

If I could give a 0 I would for customer service and lack of delivery of purchased product.

My mom ordered from BuzzBGone.com on April 19, 2022 and she still don't have the products she ordered (was for me for when I go camping). Every time we contacted them (9 times) they state the product is on the way. We've asked for a refund and they said to be patient the product is on the way or said it's been too long (even though we still don't have our product).

Last date of contact was Dec. 03, 2022 (still no product).

I have not had the opportunity to see if they even work. I ordered two and they never arrived, should have read these reviews before falling for their false advertising. I did receive a couple of replies to my complaints but no refund or product . By the number of very dissatisfied customers here shows just what a scam this is.

To start with this little gadget worked but when I took it outside right beside where mosquitoes were buzzing they carried right on biting, then 2 days later it wouldn't work when I pulled the charge cord out after an overnight charge. I'm now getting automatic emails back that have no relevance to my complaint. My order number was 2219828448 and I expect a prompt response and refund this time.

Didn't even want to give it a star! Scam company do not buy from!! Tricked my elderly mother into purchasing and then refused to give her back her money by using a canned response on their website.

I have been trying to get a refund as product is not arriving and no tracking info being given. Obviously a scam. No requests being answered and money not being refunded. Dodgy

Sent multiple emails regarding refund for non delivery and only get generated emails back with no information in relation to my inquiry.Total sham

The product barely works and trying to get the advertised refund was shocking

I’m not even sure there is a person on the other side. I seem to get the automated emails 10 days later saying I haven’t responded to their questions and they are closing my case..

Stay away is my advice

Ordered our 3 BuzzBGone units and NEVER received them. Trying to contact customer service is a joke. You cannot speak with a live person they just take messages and emails - then ignore them. Still waiting and waiting and waiting.... Be wary.
